Beautiful home! Spacious and clean, perfect for my group of 5. The plentiful decor was tasteful and living room is cozy with large couch. Location was quiet and private, conveniently near a Bonus, and close to major highways. The space is well stocked: Whether you need laundry related products, extra pasta sauce, quality coffee machine, etc you can find it. Would highly recommend for a cozy stay, truly like a home away from home.

We had a lovely stay. Tinna was very helpful and the place was perfect. Very clean and tidy. Had everything we needed and some additional small touches which we really appreciated. We would highly recommend this apartment.

Nice, spacious house matching perfectly matching the description and photos. Worked perfectly for four adults and four kids. Football pitch and playground by the school just a few metres from the house. And a trampoline in the garden. Easy and quick communication with David. Thanks for a great stay!

Great location!! Close and easy to all highways, 20 minutes to city and 20 minutes from KEF airport. Very quiet. The house had plenty of towels and linens and was very clean. This is owner's home, and she rents it out when she is out of town. It had 3 bedrooms and a fourth was a room partitioned off in the back of the large living room. There was also an oversized couch someone could sleep on. Plenty of comfortable and separate sleeping options. Would stay here again. Thanks

Una was an excellent host, she always responded to our communications promptly. Checking in was a breeze no hassles, her instructions were clear and accurate. Location was absolutely perfect close to everything including shops, groceries, restaurants and bars. The house was truly charming cozy and very very clean. It was very comfortable and relaxing staying there. I would definitely consider staying there if I visited Reykjavík again in future.

What a gorgeous place in a brilliant location. We were greeted by the northern lights as we arrived and the views over Reykjavík are amazing. The house had everything we needed for 9 people including 3 children. The washing machine was very useful and the space to dry all our boots and coats was great after a day of waterfall hunting. Would definitely stay again. Marianne was a great host.

It was a really comfortable stay and we enjoyed how homely the place was. Easy to park, and the heat was on when we first arrived. Instructions to get the keys were also clear. Thank you!

If you are looking for a comfortable, affordable stay in Reykjavik, this is the place for you. Great amenities including a large back yard, large living space with a Smart TV and playstation, and a fireplace. Kitchen with everything needed to cook for yourself and avoid the pricey Reykjavik Restaurant scene. Located on a quiet street with easy access to the highway (rental car recommended for sure).

We stayed for a short time but everything was excellent. We wish we could have enjoyed it more, this beautiful with everything we needed, we would definitely come back

It was a lovely place with awesome amenities. Google maps took us to a different address for some reason, but the description in the Airbnb listing led us in the right direction. The host family was very friendly with a cute dog! Definitely recommend this spot.

Helena's place has been wonderful, really. We walked through Klambatrún Park up to the old town and to the nearby bus station close to the Central Bus station BSI where all the tourist tours started . Helena's apartment was a wonderful starting point for our tours to the eruption site, another one to the lava tunnel, to Sky Lagoon and Hvammsvik. We were able to walk to the museums, the harbour and the shopping streets. Most of all, we were able to relax and regenerate at Helena's place, we slept really well. Her home really is cozy with nice furniture to eat or work at the large table or to chill on the couch. It was also quiet in the house and the neighborhood. Communication with Helena was welcoming, warm, understanding and flexible. Helena is an easy and excellent host! 5 stars for Helena's cozy and beautiful place in Reykjavik. We loved it and highly recommend it and hope to be back soon!

We loved our stay. Hosts were quick and helpful in their responses. They left us some chocolates and champagne for our anniversary. The space was clean and more spacious than we originally thought, private and we felt right at home. My wife was sad we left! Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Amazing apartment, large, airy with terrace for kids to play. Very clean with huge TV and comfortable sectional. Convenient location, playground right in front of the door. Easy road access.

perfect place for your stay in iceland. 15-20 minute drive to Reykjavik, but with everything you need (gas, groceries, restaurants) nearby. situated in a peaceful neighborhood with great sunset views. our host could not have been better. host was proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and made sure we were taken care of when the city announced that hot water would be shut off for a day. would highly recommend.

Two adults and one child vacationing in this valley of paradise not far from Reykjavik! The setup was ideal and we all felt right at home. It was so comfortable, warm and we loved the added bonus of the hot tub!! We had a car rental and did our own touring of the southwest including the golden circle of our own. Highly recommend this lovely cabin!!

What’s an absolutely beautiful family home . We felt right at home here . so much that I didn’t want to come back home to England :( very spacious decorated lovely . It was the middle of winter and it was extremely warm for us as well. It was decorated beautifully with Christmas decorations and lots of treats left for us . Thankyou nothing was a problem . looked after the family Cat who was absolutely delightful And no trouble at all . Very close to everything supermarket round the corner, got everywhere very easy was really sad to leave. Would definitely love to come back one day. Thankyou so much xxx

We had a beautiful long weekend at Lukasz’s unique and beautiful place! Great place for 9 of us friends to spend time together and lots of space to enjoy! We saw the northern lights in some capacity every night we were there in late April. Lukasz was a great communicator and helped navigate us to anything we needed in the house. What a special place.

Asta was so helpful with local recommendations, and her house was clean welcoming. We had everything we needed right at our fingertips. The sauna and hot tub were great for relaxing. The location was perfectly central for exploring the Reykjavik peninsula.

This was the best place we have ever stayed as a family. Sigurdurs place is beautiful with the most stunning view. The house is spacious and very warm and cosy. It is absolute heaven, the perfect escape to the countryside with a chance of seeing the northern lights over the lake. I would definitely recommend Sigurdur’s place to everyone. We loved our stay! The house is just as pictured and perfectly located. Silla was lovely and quick to respond to any question we had. The home was equipped with anything you could possibly need, wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
