Stylish and new apartment for two guests, just one step a way from a conservation area, with lava. A new environmental sustainable neighborhood but less than 20 min drive to downtown Reykjavik. Easily accessible from the main road from Kef airport and to other main roads. Cosy studio apartment in city centre

The studio apartment is on the top floor (3rd floor). It's a 22 m2 cosy attic space but has low ceiling height (max 2,05 m). The bathroom is newly renovated with a big bathtub. It's comfortable for 1-2 persons, but max 3 persons. The apartment is located few steps away from the main shopping street that has a lot of stores, restaurants and supermarkets. Sundhöllin (swimming pool), Hlemmur (main public transport station and food court) is within 5 minutes walking distance.

The perfect accommodation for friends or a couple traveling in Iceland. Perfect hub for all major attraction, Gullfoss & Geysir etc. No need for northern light tours Because here you can watch laying in bed. Peaceful, cozy and private. Close to Hveragerði, Selfoss and Reykjavik. The studio apartment is a part of amazing familyhouse in the Icelandic countryside. 9 meter(30 foot) high A-frame built for families and friends. Wonderful apartment down town with free parking

I want to welcome you to my private home while I am in Europe, cycling the Pilgrim route - EuroVelo3. It is a wonderful apartment, newly renovated with the best kitchen in Reykjavik, a double room and a double sleeping couch. From my home you walk 150 m and you are at Harpa, the concert hall in Reykjavik, National theater - 250 m. Still very quiet and good neighbors. You can use my parking in the garage and there is a elevator to take you up to the apartment.

This apartment has a private entrance is 60 m2 , it has a 2 x 90 cm single beds that can be put together to make a king size bed. The living room has a big sofabed that is 140x200 cm and there is a 40 inch smart tv . Kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. Bathroom is spacious and has a shower. The location is amazing , close to city's main attractions ,main bus station, tour pick ups .
