By car, you can reach the center of Bocholt within 10 minutes. The highway can also be reached quickly via the B67, so you are in the middle of the Ruhr area within 45 minutes.

The modern, bright apartment is in the center of Ahaus. The apartment offers enough space for three adults or two adults and two children. Located in the parallel street of the pedestrian zone and opposite the eye clinic, you will stay here centrally and yet quietly. Shops, bakeries and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. The castle garden with a beautiful Baroque castle is just a two-minute walk away. The apartment is about 15 km from Enschede in the Netherlands.

The place is close to the city center and Lake Aasee. The university of applied sciences can be reached in 10 minutes by bike and in 5 minutes by car (B67 in the immediate vicinity). A bus stop is very close. The bakery and butcher, as well as the food market, are about 1000 meters away. Our house and the apartment are located in a cul-de-sac. Public parking is available. We have furnished the apartment practically and cozily. Linens and towels are included.

Our beautiful, light-filled attic apartment overlooking the countryside invites you to a short stop or a longer stay in the beautiful town of Bocholt! With her 70 square meters, it has plenty of space for 2 people who like to relax and walk from here in 15 minutes on foot in the city center. We are happy to provide bikes - because nothing works here without the popular "bikes"! The bakery with a small shop is 1 minute walk away. Smoking is prohibited!

The beautiful bright apartment is surrounded by fields on the outskirts of Bislich. Completely renovated at the end of 2018, the apartment has underfloor heating and includes a fully equipped new kitchen with dishwasher and a new bathroom. The bedrooms have laminate floors, all other living areas with large tiles. The furnishings are chosen with a lot of love for detail and exudes a warm atmosphere. The apartment is on the back of the house with a cozy terrace overlooking meadows and fields. The terrace invites you to relax and barbecue. It is an ideal starting point for hiking or cycling trips into the beautiful Münsterland.

The apartment is family-run and offers a warm atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity there is a snack bar and several shops are within walking distance in about 5 minutes. The city center is also well connected and can be reached within 10-15 minutes by bike or bus. The two single beds in the bedroom can be pushed together to form a bed and in the living room there is a pull-out sofa bed.
