Het Goede Gemoed is located in a very wooded area where you can walk, cycle and recreate to your heart's content. On the grounds of the University of Twente you can enjoy sports. The inner cities of Enschede, Hengelo, Oldenzaal and Borne are within cycling distance of the house. The lovely villages of Delden, Goor, Boekelo are also in the vicinity. The house is made of wood, 130 sqm, with fireplace, air conditioning in the bedrooms and large garden. It is 400 m to the shops. A cat, Pearl lives in the apartment. Dogs would have to be compatible with the cat. Dogs on request. There is a garden sauna, at the house, in which 3 people can lie. In front of the sauna is a fire pit. Cost: 15 euros per hour. Please register for the use of the sauna, as I have to give a short briefing. You can barbecue, a grill is available.
