Peace, sauna, forest walks, lakes and relaxation! We are renting out our nature property near Rheinsberg – just under 100 km from Berlin. There are two rustic houses (6 & 4 beds) that can be rented individually or together by families or friends. The second house can be booked separately. The quiet property is located on the edge of a small village, surrounded by dense forests and about 7 lakes. There are chickens, fresh eggs, peace and quiet, a wood-fired sauna with a bucket for throwing water on the stones, and pure relaxation.

Newly built chalet right by the lake for 1–3 people, on a large wooded plot with parking by the house. Large panoramic terrace with sweeping lake views and an outdoor sauna. Separate barbecue area with charcoal barbecue. Modern furnishings with a cosy wood-burning stove and infrared heating in all rooms. Separate bedroom with a view of the forest. Study with sofa bed and Wi-Fi. Final cleaning €40; please bring your own bed linen and towels. The current electricity price is added to the rental price. Firewood available on request.

Experience and enjoy "Landlust" at Lake Dransen

In Schweinrich, on Lake Dranser, which is closed to motorboats, lies the romantic holiday home 'Landlust', with its idyllic, large garden, 100 metres from the bathing area. Boathouse with its own jetty. Canoes, kayaks and a sailing dinghy (sailing experience required) can be hired. The 'Seensucht' holiday apartment in the residential building can be booked in addition if required www.airbnb.de/rooms/16298528 The garden sauna is available on request for the colder months. Please bring a bathrobe and sauna towels for this.

Our guest house is located directly on the idyllic Kalksee in the middle of a fantastic landscape, the Ruppiner Switzerland. A garden with terrace and access through our orchard to the exclusive jetty at Lake Kalksee, invites families as well as those seeking peace and quiet alike. SeeYou - Modern cottage right on the lake

Your retreat on Lake Zootzensee: in the morning barefoot to your own jetty, jump into the water or paddle off with the boat. In the afternoon, watch the sunset in the hammock. Inside, large window fronts provide a lake panorama, the fireplace for crackling warmth. Summer and winter a place to breathe, dream and enjoy – in the middle of the Mecklenburg Lake District. The holiday resorts of Zechlinerhütte (about 4 km) and Rheinsberg as well as Flecken Zechlin (about 9 km) are in the immediate vicinity.

Lakeside cottage incl. sauna

Our holiday home on the lake is relatively new and is now being rented out for the first time. The location on the Great Zechliner See, one of the cleanest lakes in the region, promises relaxing days, all year round. This is also ensured by a sauna and, in fine weather, the garden, with a large terrace and Weber gas barbecue, as well as a SUP board. From many rooms you have direct lake views and the beach is only a 2-minute walk away :) Parties, stag/hen dos or similar events are not permitted here.

Romantic cottage in perfect location near lake

Karolinenhof Cottage is a stylishly renovated romantic 3-sided farmhouse for up to 8 people on a 3ha plot with 150m2 of living space and 8000sqm of mature garden with old trees in the middle of a nature reserve - absolutely private secluded location on the lake peninsula Karolinenhof - with quickly accessible swimming spot - the cottage was furnished to a high standard with design furniture, antiques, art, outdoor furniture, barbecue ... - former Uckermark domicile of the artist Eva-Maria Hagen

Perle am Stich (5 minutes to the lake)

A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).

Vacation home on the Flößerkanal

Need a little break away from the hustle and bustle? On approx. 30 m² you will find a modern cottage, directly on the Flößerkanal and with direct access to Lake Woblitz. In the bedroom there is a 1.60 m wide bed. Another option is available on the sofa bed in the living area. Whether for anglers, water sports enthusiasts, nature lovers or peace seekers. An unobstructed view from the approx. 20 m2 terrace invites you to relax. Neustrelitz is about 6 km away. Boat available if needed.

Experience a special break on our stylishly converted houseboat "MS Sunday", a historic ferry (1925) that has been converted into high-quality accommodation for up to 4 people. Located on Rummelsburger Bucht, you can enjoy the perfect combination of nature, water and proximity to the city of Berlin. Whether it's a romantic weekend, a short break or time with friends, you will experience Berlin from a very special perspective.

120 sqm2 penthouse/attic apartment + sauna + fireplace

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse flat with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighbourhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The flat is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5-metre Riva boat from Italy. This means that a private boat tour of Berlin can also be booked with me at any time.

Enjoy a quiet, relaxing break on your own lake property. You will stay in a beautiful vacation home with lake view and direct access to Lake Lübbesee, including a private jetty. It has three bedrooms and one bathroom on each floor. In the living room is a fireplace, for a cozy time on colder days. You have the choice between three terraces to enjoy the lake in the best possible way and a kayak to make excursions. Have fun in your lake house!
