Welcome to the idyllic municipality of Lutzenberg in the hilly Appenzellerland. The small former Wöschhüsli with barrel sauna is located in the middle of green meadows and trees. The cozy cottage impresses with lots of charm and coziness. Another highlight next to the sauna is the stream, which flows through the property and gives it a relaxed atmosphere. Whether those seeking peace, nature lovers or those interested in culture – everyone will find their retreat here.

The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. The house is ideally furnished for family vacations of up to 6 people. Of course, groups, couples and individuals are also very welcome. The house impresses with a spacious swing which is kept very close to nature. For children, there are various play options in and around the house.

Ein Grill steht ebenfalls für Sie bereit. Das Badezimmer ist umweltgerecht ausgestattet mit einer Trockentrenntoilette.

The private entrance and free parking provide additional comfort. The private toilet with shower is a little older but clean and functional. Guests can use the bbq in the garden. The space offers but space for more people (sofa bed with its own mattress). Cribs can also be provided upon request. The situation is quiet and very central. The house part has 3 bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds, one double bed. 2 sofa beds for two people each 3 baby beds and in addition a small mattress storage in the open screed. The small modern kitchen is located in the lower area. The game room is right next door. Outside in the seating area there is a grill and a fire pit where cozy evenings are spent.
