The individual guest house is located at the end of the 6-hectare property. A former stable is now a refuge for 4 people, redesigned with great care and attention to detail. The open studio apartment in the gatehouse is part of an extended courtyard from the 17th century. century. Old woods and exposed half-timbering are surrounded by rose bushes and a beautiful garden. When furnishing, we placed great emphasis on sustainability. Existing things were rebuilt and reworked. Most of the lights, textiles and pictures come from our studio. My place is close to Cologne (about 20 km) - at the gates of the Bergisches Land. The property can be reached by bus and S-Bahn from Cologne in 40 minutes with one change. The bus stop is 30 meters from the house. You'll love my place because of the wide range of uses in the area (Cologne Fair, art and culture, Naturarena Bergisches Land). My place is great for couples, solo travelers, adventurers, and business travelers. Unfortunately, no pets are permitted.

In the stables – side by side with chickens and horses

'IN THE STABLE' is located on the ground floor of the barn of the mill property. It used to be a stable.(Also check out my other apartment 'Barn Loft.') The room has low ceilings and small lattice windows. The room is suitable for people looking for a more cave-like, cozy retreat. Due to the oven and the cold floor, the apartment is not suitable for infants. In the cold season, it may be necessary to heat with the oven. See below.
