Ilios Apt old town,roof terrace,balcony,view!

In the medieval city of Rhodes a ‘’cozy nest ‘’perfect for couples in a quiet and sun filled place, just a few meters away from the central port of Rhodes and about 100 m away from the old town’s market place. The maisonette was bought and renovate in 2005 under the provision of archaeological department of Rhodes because of it's historical value. Rebuilt with new modern appliances in the unique traditional style of the area because of the Surrounding by the Byzantine Church of Saint Fanourios ,the Temple of Panagia Bourgou and the Medieval Moat. The maisonette enfolds about 40 sq on two floors,a balcony on the first floor and a 15 sq roof terrace on the top. TV, satellite, DVD player and free WiFi are offered. The ground floor includes kitchen corner full equipped with a small sitting-area , a big wardrobe and the bath room. On the first floor is the bedroom with a romantic balcony . A small wooden stairs leads to the roof terrace where you can enjoy a wonderful view of the old ,the new city of Rhodes and the harbor of the island. Just a few meters away is a place for free parking, a mini market and public playground as well many traditional Greek Taverns and International restaurants, cafes and other entertainment places , museums etc. Also you can go on daily trips to other Dodecanese islands or to one of the beaches on Rhodes island. The villa consists of two floors 50sqm each with a private courtyard of 150sqm with garden and pool. I always be available for my guests. The home is set in the historic old town of Rhodes, next to the medieval city wall. Its location feels serene and secluded, but it’s just a stone’s throw away from a variety of traditional restaurants, charming bistros, shops, and landmarks. The villa is located 25 min by car from the airport and a walking distance (15 min) from the harbor and City Center. In a very close proximity to taxi station and bus station. You don’t need to use a car. The villa is located in the medieval (old) town and car access is not allowed. Although it is only 2-3 min walk from the free parking area, it is not necessary to have a car. You can walk or use the local transportation and taxi. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any further information. The villa is fully equipped and you have to worry about nothing. There are supermarkets in a very close proximity. The restaurants serve food till really late at night. Enjoy your stay!
