Stand-alone stone house in a 2,000 sq.m. fully enclosed property situated in a quiet and nature-sorrounded 3-property cul-de-sac 25 meters above Arnao beach (Castrillón municipality) and very close to Salinas beach. The city of Avilés is 7 kms away and it takes half an hour to get either to Oviedo or to Gijón. There are big supermarkets and grocery shops 1 mile from the house.

A rustic house on Oyambre beach. The capacity is 6 to 8 people. We have a baby crib, high chair and bathtub at no extra charge. The house is ready to enjoy, nothing is missing when it comes to cooking, or making life in it. We want it to be a home. The prices for May, June, July, August, and September are fixed, and a minimum of 7 days, with entry on Saturday. The rest of the year, depending on the dates and number of people, could be modified. Don't hesitate to ask.
