The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

As we went with a child, one aspect that caught my attention was the locks on the doors leading to the balconies, despite them being quite high even for an adult. Since it has no protective screen, it was an excellent solution for those with small children. The team that works in the building is very friendly and helpful, we were super well received. Due to the good location, it is easy to go anywhere in the city, as long as it is not during heavy traffic hours. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!!!!

I spent a weekend with very nice friends in this house in Pampulha. The house is large, the leisure area is great and the region is very quiet, in addition to having all kinds of shops nearby. I took my puppies and they liked it too, the house is all walled and poses no danger to pets.
