Although we stayed only one night, our experience was excellent! We highlight the impeccable cleaning of the environment and the extremely soft bedding, with a pleasant smell of softener. Before booking, the host Daniel was attentive to informing us that the site is a residential building, with restrictions on visits and noise — which was fully understandable and suitable for us. The apartment is new, with modern furniture and appliances and in perfect working order. We love the stay and we definitely recommend it!

The location of the apartment suited me very well. I didn't have any problems during the stay. The apartment is very cozy, with everything we needed for a great stay and was extremely clean. Ellen is a sweetheart and was super attentive throughout the period. I'll definitely be staying more often. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is great and very well located. The surroundings are excellent for those traveling with a dog, to be able to stroll peacefully through the squares and the Sion neighborhood. Everything was extremely clean and brand new. Comfortable bed and pillows. Although it is located on a busy avenue, the apartment faces the back, so it is very quiet. Everything was excellent, the amount paid was very worth it.

The apto is complete, has a gas stove, fridge, utensils, cable TV, iron, hairdryer, the shower is good. The only noise is the noise: during the working days there is noise at peak times because it is located in a central area of the city, for those who want a quiet place maybe this is not the ideal place. It is 3 blocks from Shopping Cidade, 1 block from the supermarket, 1 block of the burger king and the subway, 1 block of selfservice laundry, there is a bus stop at the door, a cafeteria just across the street. In addition, there is still the building's gym, which although small, you can break a branch. It is up to each one to evaluate the cost benefit. It was perfect for me! Adriana, who cleaned up, and the people of the concierge are fine people! It would return again for sure!

We stayed at Marina's apartment in January 2025. There were four adults. We loved the apartment, super well decorated, complete, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a toilet, kitchen and laundry area. Everything is spacious, airy, pleasant. Communication with Marina was great. We had everything we needed in the apartment and during our stay. Good location in a residential neighborhood, well wooded and with shops nearby. We will recommend it and would love to return to the apartment!

The place is very cozy. Bonito, well-ventilated, well-equipped, well-lit. I spent incredible days in BH and a lot of it is due to the apartment where I arrived to rest. Soft bed and pillows, smells. Same for towels. Since I made the reservation, Brunna has been solicitous. Always answered me quickly!

This is my second time staying with Detinha. Whenever I go to BH and your house is vacant I prefer, because it is a safe, spacious house with backyard for the pets and very well located. On top of all D. Detinha is a lovely person. Village always awaits us with a warm cheese bread.

ESPLENDOROSA, I have no other word for this house... Rodrigo and Sirlene were incredible hosts from the first message before booking, Sirlene's care and affection for us was to take off the hat. Getting there the house was incredibly clean, smelling and organized. Clean and heated pool, the whirlpool is wonderful to relax and the projector has made the night even more amazing. The house has everything we need and I created wonderful memories. I highly recommend it and will definitely be back.

Very good space, very cozy, easy to find, very quiet surroundings. Jeitinho de Roça, comfortably. Close to the city center, but without the noise of it. I felt cuddled, I would stay more days if I didn't have to work.

I went to BH with two friends to attend a congress at UFMG. The accommodation is very close to the institution, with easy access to public transportation as well. The place is quiet, and Fernanda is very attentive! It was a great stay, we returned home very happy with her receptivity. I highly recommend it!

First, Anne was very responsive, proactive and accessible. She gave tips on places and instructions on deliveries in the city. Starting with the house, it is of good construction, without leaks or mold. The three bathrooms were working normally, the rooms were tidy (and mind you, Sete Lagoas was hot. We were able to accommodate 6 people in the two rooms and with comfort. Both the kitchen utensils and the bedrooms were of good quality and new. Anyway, I only have praise. I'll be back in town and I already have a place to stay.
