Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Ribeirão Pires

The secure condominium in a great location and the apartment is very comfy and cozy. The only negative point is that there is no parking on site, and it is necessary to use Private Parking (in my case, it was necessary to park on the street because the parking nearby was full). Despite this issue, I would stay again.

Amanda was super cordial, proactive and helpful in the contacts we need to make with her. In the apartment, we feel very comfortable - like at home. We didn't lack anything. The building structure is also great! As we were with 2 small children (2 and 4 years old), the wives felt that the apartment was a bit far from the beach, due to the amount of things we had to take, but every day we went and went back on foot (after all, it gives practically 3 blocks at the most, nothing that justifies taking the car. The location of module 6 is great, as it is close to the Mall and the main avenue.

I loved my stay and recommend it's a great place 🥰

The Marijose apt is complete and super cared for me and my family. So much so that it was not necessary to contact there. Great space and location, quiet mto beach and family atmosphere.

Excellent place and wonderful host Manu! An ideal place to rest and get to know SP, I went for work too and the location was ideal... the apartment is very comfortable, clean and cozy. It's exactly how the pictures show… or maybe better! Manu for his part was always very attentive to my arrival, stay and departure… if I have the opportunity to return promptly to SP… I will not hesitate to return to this nice place! The apartment is perfect in a great condominium full of leisure options (outdoor pool and heated pool, spa, sauna, courts, game room), parking spaces and close to the beach with easy access in a quiet point of the Riviera. It's very nice to have all the amenities with bed and bath linens, we only took the beach towels. Full kitchen, everything clean and organized. Great and fast communication.

Super well-equipped and cozy house, very true to the photos. It's close to the beach, but the leisure area is great too. Safe place with accessibility, I went with my mother in a wheelchair and she can move around the whole house well. Larissa was very kind and flexible about check-out. We intend to return more often.

The house is exactly like this in the photos. Everything in the photos and description had in the house until my stay. Kitchen equipped with everything essential. Janine very attentive, excellent host. We had some common setbacks that can happen (washing machine had been damaged the previous weekend, and the provider ended up taking a couple of days to change, there was a leak in the kitchen sink, in the hot part, as it has heated and cold water), but soon after informed Janine and the respendable by the Erivaldo Check-in and Check-out, they have already prepared in the resolution. Indenpendent of the setbacks, the stay was wonderful, the house is really amazing as already pointed out in other evaluations that were a watershed in the decision.

Casa is in a very quiet and safe place, even without a garage there was no concern to leave the cars on the street because it was safe at all times. To the pool was the high point because it is great for those who have a small child, the house is very wide with space in the rooms. Luiza always solicits and friendly.

Casa Linda, clean, well equipped and with everything working perfectly.. Guilherme was very helpful in everything I needed! The condominium is excellent, beautiful, with many leisure options, blocks, restaurant.. there was no time to enjoy everything! The only addendum that I did not read anywhere, is that to go to the beach, you have to leave the condominium (module 2) and enter module 3 that is on the other side of the avenue, but nothing that gets in the way! This beach is also next to Riviera, so it's easy to get there! We had great days!

Mr. Amilton was very helpful, on every occasion we need, and we had a great stay. We stayed at house 5, and the place is beautiful and super cozy, we would come back more often!

I loved the stay at Dany's place, always kind and quickly answer my questions! The super clean site well located, close to the beach and markets!. The apartment is quite consistent with the photos, it is comfortable and well equipped. The jacuzzi works really well. I spent only one night to visit relatives in Santos and yet I was able to enjoy it. The Hosts were very requested and responded promptly to me when I needed it. In addition, the condominium cleaning staff is available for any more urgent needs with bed linen etc.

Amazing. The view is splendid. The apto is too beautiful and super comfortable. The whole area of the apartment we were able to enjoy, swimming pool, space for children... Best place we ever stayed. We love the apto, the condo and the beach! The apt is exactly the same as in the pictures, I would say even better… because I found it bigger in person! The fact that the condominium has the ice machine and the umbrella structure and chairs on the tbm beach makes the tour even more complete, as we don't need to worry about anything at all!!!
