Come and relax at Casa de las Aves, the House of the Birds, a comfortable and peaceful lakeside country house where more than 80 species of birds have been seen. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable: calefacción y aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. Agua caliente por gas natural. Wifi y smart TV con Netflix. Parking incluido junto a la casa y de fácil acceso. Todas las estancias son amplias y luminosas y con una decoración exquisita.

Located in one of the city's most exclusive neighborhoods, it offers an experience in a safe, noise-free, pollution-free urban area, ideal for families. Not suitable for youth groups. A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

You will love my place because it is the perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and enjoy the pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for up to 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October

The Alhambra Mill

Fabulous house under the Alhambra, a former windmill with an age of over 300 years old, although it is fully rehabilitated. The house is located next to the romantic bridge of the Darro, a magical place to enjoy your stay in Granada. It is one of the most emblematic places of pomegranate as it is located in front of a beautiful bridge. Recently, the house looks“ adapted in drawings” in Tadeo Jones 2.
