Beautiful house in the countryside with a stream for swimming within walking distance. This old stone house can accommodate up to 8 people in 4 separate bedrooms. A large kitchen and large living room will allow you to spend time together. The house is located in the middle of nature, fields and chestnut forests. Several walking trails start from the property, two streams run through it, one wide enough for bathing and swimming.

The accommodation is quiet, in a hamlet. The village of Labeaume and the river are accessible by car in 5 minutes. The Chauvet Cave is about 18 km from the house. Many activities are available in the region for outdoor and/or thrill-seeking enthusiasts: hiking, canoeing in the Gorges de l'Ardèche or Chassezac, mountain biking, road biking, caving, canyoning, climbing, tree climbing,... You can also enjoy many markets in the area.

Quiet, in a typical old restored mill located in the heart of nature by the stream, not overlooked, at the foot of the CEVENNES. Part of the building is converted into a spacious and cool 110 m² cottage for 6/7 people. On the ground floor you have the living room, dining room/kitchen. Upstairs, three bedrooms and a mezzanine, bathroom, toilet. The mill is 600 m from Banne. A five-minute drive away you have several shops.

In a peaceful setting, we offer you this 40 m² semi-detached cottage. A swimming pool (open from May) is shared with the owner. The nearby river offers beautiful swimming and fishing spots. The restaurant "La Cueille" at the bottom of the village, offers a very good table, of fresh and local products, in an exceptional setting. Finally, set off to explore the villages and all the treasures of our beautiful Ardèche.
