A large terrace with a barbecue area in front of the entrance, overlooking the valley, leads into the living/dining room of this highly comfortable, fully renovated 45 m² gîte. Fully equipped integrated kitchen (ceramic hobs , fridge with Freezer, electric oven, ...). One  bedroom  equipped with 160x200 beds + umbrella bed (baby kit). Sitting area with 140x190 sofa bed . Separate toilet and large walk-in shower. Flat screen TV with TNT and WiFi. And a parking space.

Want to discover Ardèche in an unusual way? Stay in a 7-meter-high wooden cabin perched in the trees. Lulled by the song of birds and cicadas, you can recharge your batteries in the greatest calm and as close to nature as possible. The accommodation is located in the heart of the Pays des Vans in Cévennes, an ideal location for visiting South Ardèche. This house with its heated and private swimming pool, (open from March 31 to November 1) offers you two beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom and a very large air-conditioned living room with a modern and equipped kitchen. Within walking distance you will find all amenities, and the Ardèche a few meters away. For your comfort and if you are concerned, a Type 2 electric vehicle charging station is available on-site.

Stone house with Ardèche character at an altitude of 350 m, located in an exceptional setting, with panoramic views and very quiet. In the heart of nature, lined with vines, pines and chestnut trees, our house will enchant your stay. Ideal for hiking, swimming in rivers, rest and especially shared moments in the cottage (swimming pool, barbecue, large game room, etc.). Only in summer, an outbuilding (chambre+W.C/sdb) will allow a possible isolation for a couple.
