Very clean and well equipped apartment in short walking distance to the old town of Tropea and to the beach. The highlight is the terrace with an incomparable sea view, on a clear day you can see the Stromboli volcano and the sundown is fantastic.

Great apartment, two large bedrooms with large beds. The balcony opens on three sides, access to the balcony from all rooms and the kitchen. It 's clean and there 's everything you need . The sea is 200 m away, a great beach. Restaurants on the shore. Everything is great! I recommend it!

Great Host, and we had a great time exploring the surroundings. The beaches are beautiful, and the sunset is one of its kinds. Aurelia and her husband are very friendly and can help with any questions. I can totally recommend this Airbnb.

Andrea's house is beautifully located by the sea, with direct access to the beach. You have an unobstructed view of the sea, Stromboli on the horizon and a sunset every evening. The furnishings are simple, as is often the case in Italy, but clean and tidy. The surroundings are already very quiet in October, every now and then a cat sneaks by, you are completely undisturbed and can enjoy the holidays. The house has a garage parking space, just a few steps away. A bar and a few restaurants can be reached on foot in about 5 minutes. Pippo, Andrea's father, takes care of all local matters very lovingly, be it a question about the surroundings, where you can get something, something doesn't work or just a chat about the weather. He is always available and happy to help. Highly recommended.

the accommodation has met my requirements: on foot to the beach (4 minutes on the floor on foot), sandy and uncrowded public beach (very long and wide, last two of July with "deserted" areas, although there are 2/3 shores), beautiful sea (warm and clean water such as a tropea or zambrone) convenient parking (next to the apartment), comfortable beds and outdoor space to leave the things of the sea. great communication with the owner. quality/price ratio (given the prices of the prairie) reasonable. can be improved? as in many cases, a little attention to furniture and equipment (dishes..) would make the environment more cared for and functional. The only downside, if necessary, is that the second room is accessed through the first one.

Very nice house with magnificent garden in the middle of the countryside with a breathtaking view of the sea, Stromboli, the Aeolian Islands and Sicily (with Etna) and spectacular sunsets. Although the house is a true haven of peace due to its location, you can reach all the highlights of the area the places, coves and beaches of Capo Vaticano, the Costa degli Dei with Tropea in a short time. I particularly liked the really very good amenities, which also makes longer stays (5 weeks) very pleasant and Eleonora is a very nice and helpful host who responds very quickly if you need additional support. Another note for drivers of electric cars: the AC shop in the immediate area (San Domenica, Tropea) and the coast up to Pizzo is very easy and for longer excursions in all directions such as Catanzaro, Crotone, Badolato, Gerace, Scilla, Pentedattilo you will always find some fast chargers along the way.

Bright and spacious apartment with a large terrace, unbeatable views and a wonderful host! Our host was one of the very best we have ever had. Adriano held us a parking spot on arrival, drove us and our luggage to the apartment and also carried our luggage down the one flight of stairs. Whatever we needed, Adriano provided. The washing machine broke down near the end of our stay, we reported it to Adriano and he replaced it the same day! The apartment itself was perfect. Located in the heart of the historic centre and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping, it was wonderful to explore all the small streets and alleys as well as the beaches below the city but it was so hard to tear ourselves away from the terrace! It was so relaxing, we could see the beaches below, Stromboli on the horizon and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The daily market was within walking distance and we cooked many meals in the apartment with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

We had a peaceful and enjoyable family time at this place. The accommodation is exactly as described and has hosted us very comfortably (4 people). The beautiful terrace with sea views and the private beach in the immediate vicinity guarantee to make the most of a privileged geographical location and one of the most beautiful coastline in all of Calabria. Lucia was a perfect and considerate host: responsive, cordial, accommodating and providing advice to ensure a successful stay. It was a very nice way to close our summer vacation and an experience that we will be delighted to repeat in the future.

Annelis house is close to the beach and offers a marvelous view over the sea. Anneli is great and generous, she allowed as a really late checkout. Communication with her was absolutely easy and she always answered very fast. Since she wasn't around we were taken care of by Loraine who is lovely and who gave us a lot of useful informations. The house itself is enough big for a family with 4kids, the beds a comfortable and the kitchen offers everything you need. Off-season you have to drive a little bit to the next supermarket since there are not many people in the area, but on the other hand we were almost alone at the beach and that was worth it. We loved to be there and are hoping to come again soon.

Great stay in Parghelia in August. Two-room apartment in the very nice villa. View from the window of the beautiful room...directly on the sea and on Tropea. Even more evocative to enjoy the wonderful sunsets directly on the deck chairs located in the villa's park. Everything is clean and in order of our arrival with the host who is always present and available. Pro active and responsive Mrs. Ivana did not miss anything. A plus for your friendliness. Well-equipped and functional apartment. Wonderful natural ventilation of the same. Air conditioning not used. Great for beach vacation with family. Location close to Michelino and Vardano beaches,…about 10 minutes walk. Parghelia's country even closer. Trope 5 minutes by car. Strategic location really. Congratulations. Great stay.

fantastic accommodation to say the least,it was perfect for a week of complete relaxation. we stayed with our dog who had all the space she needed and her beautiful dogs already in the house to play with. the hosts were super helpful and kind for the entire stay,giving us tips about the area and meeting us where possible. special mention for the view of the sea from the house that made us dream.

I am very satisfied, right by the sea with rock/stone coast, so the sea always has a nice turquoise and the water is very clean. Parking on the fenced property and the pool - which is very large - makes the stay perfect, also that there are still tables for eating outside.. and of course the outdoor shower... From here you can easily reach many places by car. The landlord also very nice... also his 92 year old father and his brother... very warm Thank you

The apartment is awesome! Spacious and very well appointed with everything you need. A nice terrace on the roof. 2 swimming pools in the residence is great for the children. Very nice welcome from Jeannette😁.

Our balcony had one of the best sea views we have ever had. Absolutely stunning. We went mid October and the weather was fabulous. Fantastic snorkelling in front of the villa in crystal clear calm waters. Tough walk if you want to go by foot to the nearest bar but we had a car so it wasn't a problem. Local firm are happy to collect you from the barrier and take you to Pizzo in a Tuk Tuk (great fun) which cost 5 euros each. Villa and surrounding area felt very safe and secure. Thank you Maurizio for a wonderful holiday.

Beautifully clean, quiet and delightful sea breezes in the beach front. Weather wasn’t so good but the ever changing colours of the sea was magic! Restaurants nearby are fantastic too!

Beautiful house with a huge sun lounger overlooking the sea. Extremely equipped with everything, both as tools and appliances in the kitchen, and as detergents and cleaning products. A stone's throw from the beautiful marina beach of Zambrone (very clean but immediately deep water). You are a 10-minute drive from Tropea, where there is also a Eurospin to do shopping, which I highly recommend because in the neighboring markets they fill you. Great house in a great place 👍

Giuseppe's house has a very special flair. The amenities (windows, floors, kitchen, ...) are of high quality and stylish. The garden with seating possibilities and barbecue is well maintained and we really enjoyed trying the various citrus fruits. Since we arrived by plane (and rental car), it was very helpful that not only bed linen and towels but also a few basic foods (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, ...) were available. Even wine and cookies were ready to welcome you. The location on the street was not an issue. Within walking distance you can easily get to the marina and also up to the place to the piazza... to the supermarket we drove a few minutes by car. We can definitely recommend this accommodation.

We stayed in this apartment the penultimate week of August 2024. Already from the description and photos used by the owners to present the apartment, it can be seen that it is a niceapartment, recently built, well furnished and in a quiet and elegant setting. The expectations, therefore, were very high: they were widely exceeded. - the apartment is spacious, well furnished and with all the necessary comforts so as not to notice any differences with your home; - The garden, very well-kept with a beautiful lawn, has a gazebo and a barbecue that make the evenings magical: relaxing and extraordinarily "summer"; - The beach and the sea (amazing) are really a few meters away; - In Caulonia and in neighboring countries there are all the services and the value for money is always very correct. I sincerely hope to spend more summers, with my family, in this beautiful apartment. Finally, thank you to Giuseppe for your punctuality and availability.

Very nice and well-maintained apartment close to the beach. She has everything you need, and in addition, Maria Giulia leaves refreshments for guests, which was very nice of her. The kitchen is very well equipped. We highly recommend this place and thank you for your hospitality.

We have now stayed in Uldrich's apartment for the second time. As with our first stay 3 years ago, the place was very clean and perfectly equipped! Uldrich responds exceptionally quickly to questions and is very helpful. Unfortunately, we only had time for two nights, but we enjoyed this time very much and recovered perfectly. If we are in the area again, we will definitely stay there again!
