Apartment holiday rentals in Riccione

Our stay here was perfect. Claudia was a super host, the apartment was lovely and clean, and the location is brilliant, a five minute walk to the beach, great restaurants and amenities nearby. Having access to bikes was a real plus too. We loved it and would definitely recommend.

Lovely apartment and lovely host!

Giorgia was friendly & welcoming & offered local advice for getting the the Moto GP, booking restaurants & accessing bike tracks. Giorgia allowed us to rent some bikes from her which provided great fun throughout our stay. The beach was an easy 7-10 minute stroll & 5 minute bike ride from the house. The apartment was large & roomy & having two bathrooms was helpful when travelling with friends. We would definitely recommend Giorgia's apartment as a great place to stay!

Oreste is a very hospitable and kind host, the apartment is very comfortable and very clean. We had a good time and highly recommend it. We were guests of Oreste to spend New Year's Eve in Rimini and we comfortably toured the cities near Igea Marina. Thank you for everything.

We had a great time at the accommodation: we really appreciated the cleanliness, brightness and spaciousness of the spaces, in addition to the extreme comfort of this house for a family like us with a very small child and its stroller (easy to reach, with elevator, total absence of steps...). Also great communication with the host, always responsive and available for both check-in and check-out. I would only suggest providing guests with some basic foodstuffs such as a bottle of water, oil, coffee, or just a few shampoo samples. It sounds silly, but it can really make a difference as soon as you arrive. In fact, with the children you are not always able to make every meal outside and having traveled by train we did not take ourselves with us. Since the house was completely devoid of these kinds of things, despite being nearby supermarkets, we found ourselves a little in difficulty in these days of Easter closures.

We had a wonderful time at Mara’s place and we absolutely loved the location on the beach. The apartment was beautiful, airy and bright, spotless, and we had plenty of space. The best part was the beautiful bagno. It was not overcrowded and the umbrellas were not spaced “on top of each other”. The kids had a blast! Note that there is no convenience store in immediate walking distance and to get supplies on your way in (if you don’t plan on moving the car once you’ve arrived). We would definitely return! Such a great apartment and perfect for 6 nights. I really felt at home. Location was 10 mins walk to train station, 10 mins walk to supermarket. Great view over the canal and lovely to watch the local fisherman. I felt safe and secure and the apartment had everything i needed. Ombretta was just a gem. Somehow we managed perfectly well to communicate, her in Italian and me English. She even helped me call a taxi when i had to check out as the uber is not reliable, but within a minute, Ombretta was on the phone and arranged a taxi. Top top service. For sure I can recommend and will stay again.

I'm having a great stay. Hosts have been helpful, including in emergencies. The apartment is very clean, with all the necessary things to live there for even a month. Bottles of water were waiting for us. It's a good idea to bring the basics like salt, pepper, tea, if you plan to cook something yourself in the kitchen. There was a lot of space on the balcony, and we could store bikes. Close to bakery, pharmacy, small grocery stores, Metromare station. Great pizzeria Da Vinci about 3 minutes on foot. The beach is about 5 minutes on foot with a long promenade connected to the bike path.

The apartment is ideally located for walking to both the beach and the center. The description matches reality. Kitchen equipped with everything you need. Spacious rooms. Excellent communication and availability from Eleonora and Stefano. Overall a really nice stay.

Nice, quiet location, but close enough to make it easy to visit Ravenna or any of the many beaches near Cervia. Friendly host, and lots of friendly neighborhood cats.

Franca and her husband are really nice and welcoming owners who made us feel at home. We've also taken advantage of their tips for eating well at reasonable prices. The invitation to use their bikes to move along the bike path was also much appreciated. The apartment is small but very functional, the decor recalls the marine environment with taste and sobriety and is a stone's throw from the beaches. We felt right at home! Thank you.

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.

Exceptional welcome, attentive team, very warm and attentive. Direct access to the private beach from the residence,apartment as described, clean with balcony and sea view from almost all apartments. I recommend, a very good value for money for a family stay.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Peaceful but close to everything’

Excellent accommodation. In a private and quiet neighborhood. Private parking for one car but numerous parking spots nearby. Easy access to the sea on foot and close to the center and restaurants. Michelangelo is a very friendly and responsive person. It's a pleasure communicating with him. If I had to find a small defect I would say that there was a lack of equipment in the kitchen such as basic necessities (pepper, oil, etc.) and some dishes for 6 people (cups, wine glasses). For the rest, no complaints. Recommended

We had a great stay. Fantastic location, Katia was proactive and helpful throughout. Arrival instructions were clear, but I missed a step - response was speedy sending me photos to show me what to do. House bigger than we expected. Very quiet, good facilities and as described. Shared swimming pool, but it was big, well maintained and never crowded. Would thoroughly recommend.

Such a peaceful location, you can fully relax here, it is like your home away from home. with comfortable bed, and living area we were able to spread out and relax for the first time in days. we did not feel the need to go out and simply enjoyed a bottle of wine. while we had ours with us, we noticed the host had several to purchase in unit. would not change anything about this place it was perfect.
