Holiday rentals with breakfast in Riccò del Golfo di Spezia

The convenience of the facilities and the cleanliness is impeccable. The house is close to everything but retaining the tranquility of the neighborhood. The generosity of their hosts makes a difference, from super abundant breakfasts, bikes available, and a refrigerator with drinks and fruit for consumption during the day, among other things. Massimiliano is a very warm and friendly person, always attentive to any questions or needs of his guests. I hope to be able to return to Viareggio and stay there again.

This was hands down the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Host was responding within minutes: helping us get into the place, directions, and even recommending food spots as well as luggage storage when asked. She was so kind and truly cared about us as guests to make sure we had a good time. The location is beautiful, and the room was immaculately cleaned and tidy, making our stay amazing in Cinque Terre. She provided videos of how to locate the building as well as how to unlock the door. The room is easily walkable to restaurants and the bus stop. The breakfast that was included was AMAZING and really made our stay memorable. We will never forget Cinque Terre and Daniele!!!!!!!

The small village of Castagnetoli, in the lunigiana, is a picturesque setting for a historic apartment and recently renovated with care and taste. The host was super helpful, offered us extremely good advice, and we can't help but be satisfied and satisfied with the stay.

We had a wonderful stay with Michele and he is easily one of the best hosts we have ever had. He really goes above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. He is extremely responsive and helpful. The apartment is super charming and well-located for excursions into the Cinque Terre and the other towns and ports in the area. We can’t recommend this place strongly enough. We would love to come back here! Very kind host, great space, very well equipped kitchen. The host has really thought about any convenience you need. For a couple or family it is very spacious. For two couples the second bathroom is handy, but it’s downstairs and might not be ideal for everyone. At our arrival there was no warm water, but the host fixed it the next morning. We had a great time! Pitelli itself is not special, but it’s a great location to explore the wonderful area! Highly recommended:)

Super nice. The view is absolutely incredible!! Even better than in the photos. Agnese is very friendly and was always responsive. Her mom was very sweet. She was at the house to greet us upon our arrival and show us around the place. I defintely recommend staying here, you don't want to miss this!

Great Location, just 10 minutes walk from the central station. Pina personally came to greet us & helped to park our car at the free parking. The property was big & super clean. Pina kept enough stuff for breakfast. She also explains how to operate a Gas stove & other thing. You have to struggle a little to find free street parking after you come back from sightseeing.

Amazing view and patio to enjoy and walkable to everything. Anna was an absolute gem and was very helpful!!! We loved our stay here and definitely recommend you book this apartment!!!!

The accommodation is very nice, well furnished and equipped with every comfort (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, etc.), very close to both the center and the sea. The owner is very kind and helpful, she made us find the milk and cookies for the baby's breakfast when we arrived, fresh water in the fridge, beds already made, simple things but really make a difference for guests. Super positive experience that we will definitely repeat. Thank you very much Lorella!

We really enjoyed our stay. Franco is an incredibly warm, engaging and helpful host, meeting us at the train station and providing useful tips for local adventures. We enjoyed eating at the restaurant where he works. Good food, great location. We loved how central the apartment was. Great people watching from the window. It felt like being part of the local scene, especially before the tourists arrive mid-morning and after they depart in the evening. We had good earplugs (the waxy kind) that were essential for sound sleeping. The train is quite busy in the evening, and the voices carry up from the street. We did enjoy the sound of conversation and it gets quiet by bed time. But the train keeps rolling on until the early morning. We were not affected by this because of our earplugs. And I’m sensitive to noise. Vernazza is beautiful! We hiked to Corniglia, purchased ours tickets while hiking on the trail. (Wear good boots & I used poles.) Already looking forward to returning!

Riomagiore Best town in Cinque terre to stay. Apartment was excellent. I had a car, host took me to parking outside room to leave the car and back at start of stay and then dropped us at car location at the end of stay. Definitely not part of their responsibilities but still they did it on their own iniciative. Very nice people. Try their wine, that they keep in the fridge it is made by the host in their own vineyard.

Giorgia was fantastic, the apartment is spacious and beautiful plus there was complimentary fruit and snacks. The attention to detail was so appreciated, things like USB plug-in, clothes drying rack, and snacks. I highly recommend this place that is only a short walk to the dock, restaurants and shopping.

Tatiana’s place was a quiet, peaceful break from the city, with beautiful views and surroundings. Tatiana brought delicious, homemade breakfast each morning and made us feel right at home! 10/10 amazing!!

Sarah is a person who knows and loves to receive. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The room is impeccably clean. Excellent breakfast! The location is ideal for visiting the 5 lands! And the little personalized gift from checkout is great...a big thank you for hosting us!

The accommodation is located in a quiet but beautiful neighborhood, with easy access to the surrounding villages and Cinque Terre. Mirella and Paola are great hosts, on our evening arrival, Mirella welcomed us in person. The abundant breakfast was made by them, and it was possible to eat in the kitchen and on the terrace. The room and bathroom were impeccable, and we felt at home during our short trip.

It was worth the money, don't hesitate to book this wonderful apartment with peaceful surroundings, and a super host.

Beautiful place at 15 minutes driving distance from Lucca. Robert Jan was super nice and helpful during our stay. Definitely worth it! But keep in mind that the road to Robert Jan's stay is a pretty narrow path.
