Monthly Rentals in Richland

The place was comfortable and functional. The small road leading there was winding and unpaved in stretches. It could be hazardous during inclement weather, or if people don't drive slowly enough. It is not a far drive from I-44 though, so we didn't mind it. The place was clean, nothing super fancy, but we had a nice stay. I appreciated the Dish satellite service, in addition to the smart TV. That made it convenient for me to watch the NHL playoff game I was interested in. The sink closest to the toilet in the master bedroom seemed to have the hot and cold water handles reversed from the normal order, but there was plenty of hot water available, so it was no big deal. The hosts were very nice and thoughtful. I think the place was priced fairly for our group of six, and we would be willing to stay there again in the future.

This is our 3rd stay at April and Tristan's places and we always have a great experience. It's a beautifully decorated flat that is spacious and very clean. We highly recommend!

Absolutely 5 stars! I hadn’t made it to the Airbnb yet, but Mr. Lorenzo went above and beyond by coming out personally to check my wife in and unlock the camper for her. That kind of hospitality is rare and really appreciated. The camper itself was exactly what we needed—clean, comfortable, and cozy. Everything worked great and it had a nice, welcoming vibe. No complaints at all. Mr. Lorenzo and their Airbnb were awesome from start to finish. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for the perfect peaceful escape, this cabin is truly a hidden gem. From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by nothing but the beauty of nature and the calming sounds of the river nearby. The fire pit area was one of our favorite spots — cozy, inviting, and the perfect place to unwind under the stars. It honestly felt like stepping into a real-life Hallmark movie. The cabin itself was immaculately clean and beautifully maintained, making it so easy to settle in and feel right at home. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and it’s clear Marlene and Trent take incredible pride in creating such a warm, welcoming space. They were absolutely wonderful hosts — so kind, accommodating, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. If you’re needing a quiet, serene getaway where the only thing on your schedule is breathing deeper and enjoying the simple things, this is the place. We can’t wait to come back!
