Smoking friendly holiday rentals in Richmond

It was my birthday celebration with my hubby for a night away from our house a city over. I asked ahead if I could use her kitchen to cook my favorite meal which she had no problems with. I even offered her to eat some of the food because I always cook a LOT!!! I believe she made herself scarce to allow us to have our alone time completely which was incredibly sweet. We did see her in the morning and she was incredibly friendly. I have a bad back, but my husband enjoyed the firm bed. We loved the TV (using white noise throughout the night was helpful too) and all the other little touches in the bathroom and bedroom. Would definitely recommend her place - great deal, great host, great place! :)

Staying at Phongs place was so peaceful. Phong and co-host were very friendly and pleasant to stay with. The room was spacious and very clean and smelled great. Having the attached bathroom was a plus. It’s in a very quiet neighborhood and my guest and myself felt safe while staying here. We recommend this listing and we would definitely stay again.

very friendly host, always helpful when needed for small things, plenty of privacy and it was an alright place to stay. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The shower was excellent aswell overall would recommend. not too much but nothing was missing, pretty fair for the price and is very affordable, clean and comfortable

Mariana's beautiful home was peaceful and quiet. Her cat is so friendly and the bedroom is cozy with many great books to read. She is friendly and great at communicating. Will definitely recommend 😊👍🏻

I couldn’t have prayed for better accommodations than this lovely home! It’s on a peaceful, easy to find street. The space was extactly as described. The hosts were so kind and welcoming. They had snacks for me, coffee/tea fixings, and even some ice cream options🥰. I was in town to take some biblical classes and study. The space was ideal for this. It was so quiet and peaceful, I got to do something I can NEVER do at home; take a nap. I mean a nap- nap, without setting an alarm. For me it was the little things, the perfect water pressure, the quality of the linens, the hosts leaving the porch light on for you. If you come across the space and it’s available? Grab it! I can see why its not often available😊 10 outta 10!

Lee has a comfortable home in a quiet, walkable neighborhood. Guests should love dogs. Lee is a great host and will make you feel at home. The guest room is small, but well appointed. The bed is comfortable. There is a dresser and a small desk, as well as closet space. The shared bath is clean, organized and convenient to the guest room. The shared living/dining room and kitchen are furnished with fun and interesting things. Be prepared to share the living room with the dogs. The kitchen has everything you need to make full meals. The Bellevue neighborhood is great. There are several good restaurants within walking distance, as well as a coffee shop, wine/beer store, green grocer, and drug store. There are grocery stores, farmer's markets, and shopping within easy driving distance. Fun places to go out out night for eating, drinking and entertainment are a cheap and easy Uber ride away.

Da place is a 11-Star ⭐ Hotel for a good price. Beautiful 😍, clean 🫧 and much luv 🥰 from da hostess Madam Nancy 👸🏻. From da minute I got down from Uber 🚖, da experience was gr8t 👍🏽. Madam Nancy 👸🏻 showed me a lot of hospitality 💞 and treated me like a son🤰🏻 while⏳ with her. Her lawn 🌱 was fresh, da house 🏠 was spacious, ventilated (and clean 🫧) with a big microwave and bigger stove 🔥 (in case u 🫵🏽 like cooking 👩🏼‍🍳) in da kitchen with snacks 🍘🥤🍿. Her bathroom 🚽🚿🛁 was clean 🫧, smelt good 👌🏽and had an innovative faucet/sink dat I had neva 🙅🏽‍♂️ seen before. Da room 🛋️ was on point. Well carpeted, a Smart TV 📺 with free access to major streaming platforms, a big soft bed 🛏️ with big pillows and clean 🫧 bedsheets, a hair-dryer, a refrigerator (with bottled water 💧inside) and on top was a Keurig, with cups 🍵, spoon, sugar and ground coffee for coffee ☕. Da neighborhood 🏘️ was peaceful n allowed me to focus 👨🏽‍💻. I'll definitely come back 😍.

Michelle was very communicative from the start of booking. If I had a question, she had an answer within a reasonable time. If I had one complaint, it’s that I didn’t see in the listing that this was a second story room. Otherwise, it was fantastic

2nd Stay at Nancys and just as great as I last remember. Nancy is extremely attentive and ensures her guest have all they need for a peaceful stay. Bonus points for her adorable dog.
