Die Einlegerwohnung befindet sich in einem privaten Einfamilienhaus in Untertullnerbach, zentral gelegen mit großem Garten, Pool und Sauna können mitbenutzt werden. Direkt gegenüber befindet sich ein "Billa" Supermarkt. Die Schnellbahnstation ist ca. 500 m entfernt. Am nahegelegenen Wasserspeichersee gibt es viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten. Im Ort gibt es volle Infrastruktur (Bank, Fleischer, Supermärkte, Friseur, etc.). Der Ort liegt mitten im Wienerwald und ist gut geeignet für Naherholung.
“Sparkling clean place and nice hosts. They waited for us at the train station even if we arrived pretty late. Left us beer, coke, a chocolate on each pillow and other stuff in the fridge. Were very responsive with the text messages we left. There is good connection with the train to reach the city, 16 min aprox to get to the city and then another 20-30 to get to the center by metro. For a group of 3 the ticket was 6.9euros(total) one way for the train, we did not find the multi day tickets option. We recommend staying here, is easy to reach and place is really nice and sparkling clean.”
At approximately 995 m2, this charming log cabin is approx 35m2 with gas boiler / WC / shower and a fully equipped kitchen with oven and refrigerator. Cutlery, dishes, pans, radio, coffee maker, towels, 2 persons down, 4 upstairs. A small TV and an Xbox360 and a SAT antenna now allows access to content such as Amazon Prime, Netflix, Youtube, Twitch, Skygo, RedBullTV, NBA, NFL, OneDrive. There is a small renovated wine celar with 7 different wines from Gernot Reisenthaler to choose.
“Perfect weekend house, the equipment has everything you need for sunny and rainy days. The surrounding area is wonderful to explore on foot and Tulln is not far for an afternoon trip. Communication and cleanliness are to be emphasized, the garden is wonderful! Just a great place to switch off.”
Die Wohnung liegt zentral, 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und Zentrum entfernt. In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Donauradweg, Römermuseum und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten in Tulln. Wie z.B. Egon Schiele Museum etc.
“Cornelia & Hermann are great hosts, always available and always trying to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Contact is quick and easy, access with PIN code and key. The apartment itself is extremely well equipped, very spacious and sparkling clean. We lacked nothing - quite the contrary. Kitchen with everything and more you need, bathroom with shower AND bathtub AND 2 sinks, separate toilet. 2 bedrooms, 1x double bed with soft mattress and 1x twin room with harder mattresses. Living room with a very, very comfortable couch and TV armchair. Library and lots of board games! The garden is very nicely laid out (small but nice) with lawn, fish pond, blooming flower beds and shrubs. Terrace with table and comfortable seating and loungers. You can rent bicycles for free and cycle along the wonderfully developed Danube Cycle Path. Free parking space. Even though the house is next to the street, you hardly notice anything inside from the traffic. Both bedrooms are on the back anyway and are therefore very quiet! The price / performance ratio is great! We can highly recommend this property!”
