Family-friendly apartments in the Hallertau (Niederumelsdorf near Siegenburg), in a quiet location and close to the A93. An ideal base for trips to Regensburg, Ingolstadt or Munich. In Siegenburg (4 km away), you will find restaurants, shops and an outdoor swimming pool. For families, there are bicycles, toys, table tennis, table football and an outdoor play area available. You can find more information about places of interest and restaurants in the brochures in the flat.

The modern, bright attic apartment is quiet and sunny on the outskirts of Dietfurt. There is a spacious kitchen-living room, 1 bedroom and daylight bathroom with corner tub as well as balcony with seating. "Digital Detox" is a top priority for us (conscious waiver of Wi-Fi). The apartment has a LAN connection. A car parking lot is right in front of the house. A public playground is right opposite the property. The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and animal-free.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).

The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood about 2 kilometers from the city center of Regensburg. The beautiful historical old part of the city can best be reached by bus (3 bus lines headed for the city are only a couple of minutes from the apartment). Regensburg university is a fifteen minute walk away. The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette and bathroom. The fridge has a freezing compartment, WiFi and a TV are included.

Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Very nice marketplace with good restaurants 500 meters away.

Enjoy your stay in this unique, quiet and centrally located historic gem with views of the Duomo, the old town, and green courtyards. Located in the attic, you can reach it via 60 steps. In addition to the bedroom, there are three single beds scattered throughout the apartment. It has a high-quality kitchen. Within walking distance there are three theatres, a cinema, a supermarket and many restaurants.

The light-flooded apartment is located on the top floor of our house (1st floor). It was newly built in 2017 and, with its 100 m², offers plenty of space to stay. You can sit on the large loggia in the evening sun or have breakfast outside. A washing machine and a dryer can be shared in the basement.
