The apartment is in the newly renovated attic of a listed large house in 2023/24 (after a major fire in 2022 in the house, everything was completely renovated). It is well equipped, cozy and offers plenty of space for families with children. Wi-Fi, TV and a play corner are included. There is also a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Dogs can be brought along. There are two cats in the house: Mimi and Sally.

Our 78 m² guest house can accommodate up to 6 people. The center of the apartment is the spacious living/dining room. The property has two bedrooms, a large daylight bathroom with a bathtub, shower, washing area and toilet. In addition, there is a separate guest toilet. The spacious kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker and a fridge with separate freezer compartments.

We warmly welcome you to our quaint cottage in the countryside! Our house is idyllically located between the Laber and Altmühl valleys. Here you can watch deer and foxes in the surrounding fields while relaxing. The location is perfect for excursions such as to Regensburg, Weltenburg Abbey, the Liberation Hall in Kelheim and much more. Shopping is about 2.5 km away. Cozy, bright and individually furnished apartment, in Bubach an der Naab, with a beautiful garden including barbecue area. On the property there are several seats, hammocks and an outdoor shower with hot water. There are many opportunities for hiking, cycling and water sports in the area. In our in-house SUP rental, boards can be rented. The good location also invites you to visit Regensburg and the artist town of Kallmünz.

Our stylish and cozy attic apartment invites you to relax. Explore village life and the varied hiking and cycling trails. The nearby World Heritage city of Regensburg also offers many highlights. Just a 5-minute walk to bus and train stations make the car superfluous. Fitters are also welcome. Since the apartment is in the house of my daughter Nadine, she takes care of the guests.

Light and air - Artist's house for nature lovers

This unique place has a style all its own. We wanted wanted to make something attractive out of the old, dilapidated building from the 1950s. Above all, the large garden with old trees and the beautiful location near Regensburg motivated us to redesign the house individually on the old foundation walls.
