Apartment: - Bedroom (approx. 11.3 square meters) with double bed (1.60 x 200 cm), 43" Philips TV. - Bathroom (approx. 6.5 square meters) with bathtub. - Kitchen (approx. 5.9 square meters) with seating. - Hallway (6.5 sqm). ***including 1 underground parking space, especially at the time of the trade fair***

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. The apartment is located in our 1-family house on the first floor. It is suitable for business trips, Munich Fair 5 minutes by car, Marienplatz approx. 20 minutes away and suitable for short breaks. One parking space (street) is located in front of the property. 2 minutes' walk is a bus stop. The bus runs to the Riem S-Bahn [suburban train] station (5 minutes) and to Messestadt West (approx. 10 minutes). In 5 minutes' walk is a Rewe, DM, Lidl.

GREAT apartment - with U6 directly to downtown

The apartment is located on the north side. part of the English Garden. It's just a few minutes' walk to the U-Bahn [subway]. In just 7 minutes by car you are directly in Schwabing and in just 13 minutes at Marienplatz The Allianz Arena is 2 stops away. The MOC exhibition grounds are within walking distance. Supermarket, bakery, as well as some restaurants and beer garden are very close. The apartment has a small fully equipped kitchen. Washing machine and dryer (coins) Wi-Fi is available.

Hallo liebe München Besucher, ich möchte euch herzlich in meine gemütliche 2-Zimmer-Wohnung, direkt an der Messe München einladen. Die Wohnung ist vollausgestattet und bietet Platz für 3 Personen. In einem Doppelbett und Schlafsofa. Natürlich sind auch frische Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Hygieneartikel für euch verfügbar. WiFi und ein Arbeitsplatz sind auch vorhanden. Ein großes TV- Programm und Streaming-Dienste sind auch verfügbar. Ich freue mich darauf, Euch bald begrüßen zu können.

Short Term Stay Octoberfest or longer?

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.
