Offers unparalleled tranquility, this cottage is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and reconnect with nature. The house has been restored with meticulous care, it combines traditional rustic elements with all the modern amenities you might need. It has a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing your own meals. The surroundings of the house, attention to detail, is ideal to enjoy the tranquility and nature as a family. Highly recommended.

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

We had a great time with the family in this house perfectly suited to accommodate several people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the equipment at the top: everything is designed so that we can cook and enjoy quiet evenings at home. The location is ideal, with all shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) within walking distance, just like the metro located less than three minutes away. The latter serves the whole city, up to the beach, and even allows you to reach the airport in a single station. The outside is super nice, especially for families with kids. Special mention for the movie room, which made its small effect! Only small downside: the check-in time at 5 p.m., a little late. But other than that, everything was perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!

Lovely home in quiet neighborhood. Nice swimming pool that is also easy to use in April. Luxuriously furnished and everything is available. Really a lovely property. Also, can always appreciate if all the herbs for cooking are there;-) Ashley is very responsive and friendly. We were with 3 children and 2 adults.

Excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to spend your stay as comfortable as possible. We very much love the house, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets in the windows and if possible some curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a fence of canyons with what would be greater privacy for the interior. In general very pleasant traits and with the option to repeat a stay. On the day of going, they approached us to get to know us and they are very friendly and very considerate.

Wonderful stay. more than excellent accommodation. clean and super quiet house. we had a great week. Cristina is a great host and I would recommend it 100%. we'll be back.

Excellent! It was truly wonderful experience. We received all the information prior to our stay. David took care to share with us event recommendations of places to eat and visit in Valencia. The apartment was spotless and it had all the amenities described. Additionally David and Iris was so kind even to leave coffee and milk for us. We loved it!

We really enjoyed this unit that is just a 10 minute walk from most everything in the old city of Valencia. A spacious unit that was bright and airy. A nice modern bathroom with ample supply of hot water and a good shower. Pretty quiet neighborhood overall with limited car and foot traffic. This host was great with communication and helpful information to allow us to really explore. Gracias!

Great apartment with a great host.

Had three great nights ! The apartment is very clean and really comfortable. The host is really helpful and responsive. What made the hosting the best was the fact that a plate for food and water was left for my dog! Really appreciated!

Right in the heart of Valencia! Church bells from the cathedral can be heard and it was such a perfect spot!!

We had a wonderful stay in Auras apartment,it was just like the pictures,spotlessly clean and very modern.The bed was super comfortable & the bathroom large with a great shower.Most importantly it was peaceful and quiet so we could relax and enjoy our holiday.Aura gave us some fabulous restaurant recommendations.If ever we return to València we would definitely stay here again.Thank you Aura

Great place to stay in Valencia

Super friendly and always lends itself to what we need

Thank you Gayane for being able to check in early, it saved our day, we didn't have to wander around Valencia with our luggages. The apartment is clean, with everything you need for a week-long stay. But the most important thing is the neighborhood, it's quiet and safe, and the place is well connected to the rest. It is easy to get to the center, to the airport, close to the park. It's hard to park under the house, but there's a large parking lot nearby, everything is close to the highway, so there's no unnecessary traffic. This is a very good base. There's nothing to worry about, we had a great stay. Gayane is a great and understanding host.

Maria made us feel very welcome and was very responsive to our various requests and questions. Everything is provided in the apartment, you could not ask for more. We were in Valencia when the country-wide power-cut happened and Maria enquired immediately as to how we were coping and whether we needed anything, and kept us informed as we did not have access to news programmes. We could not see Maria to say good-bye in person, but she helped us right to the last minute by booking our taxi to the airport. A great apartment and a great host.

Juci's place was so incredibly homie! Had everything you needed and more. We had locked ourselves out one day and Juci's response was amazing, organised a new key and everything. Was able to leave our bags there post check out too. 10/10

We stayed in this great apartment for the second time. Juan is an accommodating host and helps with any query. The apartment is quietly located right by the park, so we could jog in the park right in the morning. The metro is only 5 minutes away. Juan also provides two bikes. We inquired about the city by bike. We will be happy to come back. Thank you, Juan.

Very easy walk to 2 main train stations, cathedral and restaurants. We even walked to the Arts & Sciences Complex from here. I would just mention that the apartment is on the second floor so there are 6 flights of stairs but not a problem for us.

Pasqualis was an amazing host! He met us for a late check in and was very accommodating. Gave us excellent recommendations (which we visited - all as good as described) The apartment was lovely! As described, clean, great location and practical. The balcony was lovely when the sun came out. Overall - an excellent apartment in a great location to do lots of exploring, eat good food and relax with friends!

Toni was very hospitable and friendly and he was able to give us all the directions we needed for the days of Falla. The house is very nice and you can reach the center in half an hour, highly recommended!
