Well-equipped apartment for the whole family as a practical base when you want to experience Zealand and Copenhagen. Parking right at the door. The apartment is 60 sqm and consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room with sofa in open connection with the kitchen. There is a TV with DVD and Chromecast. There is an elevation bed in the corner of the entrance to the 5th overnight, which can be closed, and there is a cupboard. One bedroom with an elevated double bed and bunk bed and wardrobe. Spacious bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a wonderful place. The house was voted the winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful cottage on DR1 (2014). The well-appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 m to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for a family with 2-3 children. All year round, you can swim in the "Svenskerhullet" and Roneklint and the small fine island Maderne, which is owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walks and bike rides.

Housing on natural land

Stay in the countryside in our 140 m² wooden house. The house has three bedrooms: two with double beds and one bedroom with two single beds, which can be combined into a double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, which can be used as needed. Feel free to enjoy our large garden of 15,500 m² with many cozy nooks and a fireplace. We have 15 hens and a rooster that contribute to the rural atmosphere. The house is on one level and has a large, bright living room and a country kitchen. We live in a former cottage on the property.

Come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. Lovely bright home with views of fields and forests from all windows as far as the eye can see. Beautiful light in the living room all day, from which deer, hares, and various birds can be seen. Fully functional kitchen with filter tap for purified water and dishwasher. Out in the big garden that is wild with will, there is a campfire, swings, trampoline and sandpit. In the house there is a baby chair and toys.

Fjordgarden - Guesthouse

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Can, by agreement, run loose on the whole property. Smoking in the house is not allowed, but must take place outdoors.
