We are 45 minutes to the ferries that will take you to Culebra and Vieques. Private property with chickens, 2 cats and a dog named Cayo. Our personal home is on the property. We are close by for any assistance. We have lots of fruits & vegetables (passion fruit, bananas, pineapple, mangos..). We are striving to be as low impact as possible.

Freshly renovated and nestled in the foot hills of the "El Yunque" Rainforest. Relax and enjoy a beautiful ocean view overlooking the Rio Mar resort. This apartment is located approx. 25 min drive from San Juan Airport, 5 min drive from the entrance of the "El Yunque" national park, 3 min drive down the mountain to the public beach access with parking, 5 minute drive from horseback riding and ATV tours, shopping malls, and diving. Many local restaurants, 2 within walking distance.

“Hidden Gem”

We offer our guests a space with a kitchen and basic utensils, the kitchen has a microwave, toaster, oven, coffee maker and fridge. The living room has an air-conditioning unit and a dining room. We offer a room consisting of a queen size bed, A/C, a small TV in the room, Wi-Fi and Roku (with its own account). You can also access two bathrooms, one inside the house and the other located in the pool area. There is a 3@6 deep pool. There's hot water in the residence.
