El Chespu is a cabin made with a lot of love, very well equipped and comfortable. It is surrounded by the immensity of the Patagonian steppe, with an unbeatable view of the Lanín volcano, 3 km from the entrance of the national park and with descent to the river Chimehuin. Ideal for enjoying a magical place in absolute solitude. An isolated place to disconnect from the anxiety of mobile phones and social networks and connect with the simplest and most essential things: the river, the mountains, the fire.

Efficiency apartment, very central (250 meters from the Civic Center), in a building just in front of Lake Nahuel Huapi (no view). Practical studio with a comfortable double bed plus a sofa bed. Smart TV with Netflix, wifi and kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle and electric stove. It is on the first floor by stairs (no elevator). The building is on the same block as the Rapa Nui and Mamuschka chocolate shops, but on the street facing the lake (the apartment does NOT have a lake view).

Our apartment stands out for its great view, for being super bright and centrally located. Fully refurbished and fully equipped so you can make great meals. All beds, sheets and duvets are new and high quality. The TV can use any of today's platforms. It has radiator heating in all rooms. It stands out for being ACCESSIBLE to people with disabilities. There is a parking lot reserved for them at the door.

Centrally located accommodation 160 meters from Mitre Street (Bariloche's main street) where the main tourist spots are located. 650 meters from the Civic Center. 350 meters from the Cathedral, which can be seen from the apartment window. 350 meters from Lake Nahuel Huapi. 20 meters from bus stops. The bus that comes from the airport or the bus terminal leaves you at the apartment's door.

There is a laundry room for shared use in the building.
