Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Thick stone walls, wooden beams, large living room with traditional fire place and log burner, internet tv, two bedrooms, bathroom, and fitted kitchen. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Whatever the time of year, you’ll enjoy the Longère’s comfort and charm.

In the calm of a small hamlet, our restored house can accommodate up to 8 people at the most reasonable price. Come and relax in our bathroom with a DOUBLE WHIRLPOOL BATHTUB and INFRARED SAUNA (gentle heat, ideal even for people with heart conditions). Activities for families and friends nearby: water sports (Lake Bort), hiking, skiing. You will enjoy the atmosphere and the large outdoor spaces (relaxation, sunbathing, children's games). Optional housekeeping and linen to fit your budget.

Traditional 5 bedroom house with grounds

House perched in a small village of character located on a volcanic plateau. Natural historic strong square; the hamlet of Chastel-marlhac is located on the southern edge of a rounded basaltic plateau of more than 1 kilometer diameter surrounded by cliffs. This site is the perfect place for children and adult adventurers (wild and rugged nature/ presence of the violin torrent below the plateau). Ideal for family reunification/ for weeks with friends with children /

Two-person apartment – with pool

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.

Riom-es-Montagnes is in the heart of the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park, an ideal starting point for nature lovers: many hiking trails, mountain biking, mountain biking, fishing, climbing, tennis... there is something for everyone, not to mention the proximity of the Lioran (45 minutes away) and Super Besse (50 minutes away) slopes. You can discover Cantalian gastronomy and taste cheese specialties directly from the producers.

Welcome to this traditional stone house, quiet and charming in a small hamlet in the heart of the Monts du Cantal. Ideal for hiking, outdoor sports, cycling, skiing, sled dogs... Many tourist sites: Puy Mary, ski resorts, waterfalls, lakes... Local gastronomy in the country of cheese and farm visits. Town with all amenities 4 km away.
