My wife and I are sheep farmers on the property, and we rent out our house during the summer. Located in the heart of the Monts du Cantal at 1100 m above sea level, and a 15-minute drive from Riom-ès-Montagnes*, you will be close to Puy Mary and Font Sainte. You will be able to visit the farm where the sheep are raised, as well as the nearby mountain pastures. *town with all amenities: supermarkets, bakeries, butcher shop, children's playground, public swimming pool, cinema, restaurants, bars, etc.)

Set in the countryside, 4 kilometers from Condat and adjoining our home, is our Cantal farmhouse known as a longère. Enjoy sitting by a roaring log fire in the winter or in the shade of the old lime tree with a glass of wine enjoying the spectacular views in the summer. Spacious apartment in a part of the Castle. Fully-equipped open kitchen. You can walk directly on the 47-hectare estate. Three bedrooms for 6 with 4 beds: 90 (2) or 180 (2) cm wide. Bathroom (with bathtub) and toilet are separated. Functional swimming pool of 9 x 4 meters (open from May 1st to November 1st). There is a Wi-Fi signal but there is also a 4G signal. Think "unplugged, back to nature/basics", clean air, etc.
