Schmitten is located on a sun terrace above the Landwasser Viaduct, the landmark of the Rhaetian Railway, in the "Park Ela" the largest natural park in Switzerland with unlimited leisure opportunities.

The large seating area with fire bowl for grilling may be used by arrangement (parties by arrangement/rental of both apartments). The apartment is very centrally located, ideal for many activities in winter and summer.

Donat is a farmer village with approx. 260 inhabitants. Away from mass tourism but with a long history of hospitality you can meet the locals and their lifestyles and get around by foot, bus or car. The apartment is situated at the entrance of the village and close to the bus stop. If you’re in for a hike or sledging just step out of the door and start walking, the overwhelming nature Naturpark Beverin reveals right in front of you. Skiing-areas: Splügen, Avers, Heinzerberg, (20-45min).

The ski bus stops every 30 minutes in the immediate vicinity (250M) and takes you comfortably to the valley station. Underground parking, outdoor parking, dishwasher and fireplace are included.

Die Wohnung bietet Unterkunft für vier Personen, zwei im Schlafzimmer, zwei im Wohnzimmer. Im Dorf bestehen Einkaufssmöglichkeiten im Primo-Laden und in der Sennerei. Auf Wunsch kann auch das Frühstück bebucht werden, Bedingungen anfragen.
