Very nice and practical apartment. Awesome porch. Two large good bedrooms, and one smaller with bunk beds. Nice location with 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach, somewhat longer to the railway station. Cozy and quiet neighbourhood

This house was a dream, I feel so lucky we were able to spend some time here. It was so close to the beach, and spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

This apartment was one of the best places we stayed in all of Europe. It was impecable'y clean and pertfect in evry way imaginable. You could not ask for anything more than the amenities they provided. The locations was outstanding, close to everything, very walakable, and easy to ingress and egress. The bedroom was great, mattress very comfortwble for us, and me who suffers from low back pain. It was very good all around. You could not ask for more than they provide. If there were 10 stars they would get eleven!

We stayed in 4 for only one night at the property but the apartment is also ideal for longer stays. From the photos it looked new and extremely well cared for and I have to say that live it also exceeded expectations. I was impressed by the impeccable cleanliness and care of the spaces. The accommodation is very convenient to visit the city center as in a 5-minute walk you can easily reach the access door to the walls and parking is included. I think the value is great and the value of the apartment is much more than the price paid. Last but not least, the owners are very kind and very helpful. i recommend it to everyone and if I have to return to the area it will certainly be my first choice.

Great solution for a relaxing weekend and wine tasting! Friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment is very nice and clean, working heating and warm blankets! We had a good time. If I can give you a tip: the pillows are very hard, not very comfortable, and the "locked" door in the living room did not give us much peace of mind... but all in all a great stay!! :)

A bit far of the train station if you walk from there. Host was incredible, nice recommendation and help us when the check out arrive for our transfer to the train station.

Stayed at Andrea's condo for a month, and can't say enough abut how great it was. Well-furnished kitchen, super clean overall, and just a mere 10 minute bike ride ( I rented a bike down the road for the month) to the Lucca wall, the train station, and the Coop supermarket. There is a great bakery (Forno Ghilardi), a butcher, and Trattoria "Da Ildo" less than 10 minutes walk. Cycling into the nearby hills a visiting the outlying villages was great, and the locals are very cycling friendly. Lucca itself has so much to offer in terms of cuisine, the arts, and sights, and even though it is a tourism mecca, it has to be one of the friendliest cities I've ever visited. For down time, my favorite thing was gilling in the yard at Andrea's place and enjoying dinner al fresco in a quiet neighborhood with views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. I can't recall why I chose Lucca in the first place, but staying at Andrea's was definitely the right choice, and I will come back.

Mauro's place is amazing. It is very clean, conveniently located near the airport and the train station, and it's within walking distance to the town. We stayed here to visit Pisa, Cinque Terre, and Florence. I highly recommend it! Mauro provided easy instruction to get into house and he was very flexible with check-in and check-out out

Had a lovely stay, view and balcony are incredible! It is a fair few stairs to reach to top but that is Riomaggiore and when you stay in a penthouse. We hope to be back again soon!

Stayed in 3 places in a week. This one was the best. Cozy, warm, private yard with parking spot, feels safe. Great location, not so far away from sea and Pisa center. Everything clean. Michele was very helpful and kind. Thank you for a great stay!

We only stayed one night so didn’t get to explore the area but it was beautiful country and had restaurants and grocery near by. Hosts were very sweet!!! Very much appreciate the coffee pods and tea.

We had a very relaxing few days staying with Lucy and her family, and their dog Amber. They were really friendly and welcoming, and always ready to answer any queries we had. The pool area was lovely, and extremely peaceful. The accommodation was spacious, very clean and comfortable. The village is small with a butchers and bakers, a couple of restaurants and a bar. We did a lovely circular walk from the property through the woods to the nearby hill top village, Castel Vecchio. There’s nothing in the village but it’s very pretty and the views are great. You need a car to get to the supermarket and Lucca is a very easy 20 minute drive away. We had a super time and thank you Lucy for your generous hospitality.

If I could give more than five stars, I would! The apartment was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped for a comfortable stay. Miriam and Roberto considered every detail—from the super comfy beds to the warm welcome. It's perfectly located near the central station, making it easy to catch trains to Cinque Terre. Miriam communicated promptly and warmly, offering helpful local tips. It’s clear they truly care about their guests' experience. Despite our early morning checkout, they came to see us off and even drove our heavy bags to the station—such a kind gesture! Their hospitality made us feel like we were visiting friends. I highly recommend this apartment to anyone heading to the Cinque Terre region. Thank you, Miriam and Roberto, for making our visit so memorable!

The host Marco is fantastic. Very helpful. We had a health issue and Marco then went to get us something immediately in the evening (we were not allowed to pay him for this). The apartment is spacious and bright and equipped with every comfort. Very good bed and large terrace with all privacy. The apartment is wonderfully quiet. Unfortunately, we had bad weather so we were able to enjoy everything less.

My husband and I had a wonderful 2 week stay in Helene’s apartment! It was well located and easy to get to shopping, restaurants, groceries, etc. It was also well located for day trips throughout Tuscany - by train and through private tours we booked. Helene was very responsive throughout the entire process. Tania coordinated the details for our arrival. Nicole met us and gave us a quick tour of the apartment as well as recommendations for grocery stores and sightseeing. She was also very responsive to needs and questions we had throughout our stay. We found it to be a very relaxing and inviting place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a great place to stay in Lucca. Grazie Mille to Helene, Tania and Nicole!

The appartment is in a perfect location with a view of the beach and over the town. The terrace is huge and offers a great view of the sunset. The inside is like the photos, with all the essential amenities you need. I would 100% recommend staying here if you're looking to stay in Manarola.

It looks even more beautiful than in the photos, especially in the evening really beautiful with the atmospheric lighting and the swimming pool, the beautiful flowers and the green grass. During the day you can also look out for this and downstairs you will see the horse, pony, donkey and goat walking around together in the meadow. Various places to sit or eat, each has its own furniture set with parasol by the pool. The family maintain everything perfect and are always friendly and if something is helpful. There is even a table tennis and football table available. We will be happy to look back on our stay for a long time and who knows, we might come back again.

Great location. Cute spot! Small, but the space was perfectly functional. Broke a champagne flute and the host took it easy on me. Very walkable area. Perfect for our stay!

A beautiful stay! The apartment was perfect for a relaxing break. The spacious terrace with plenty of sun and shade spots as well as the wonderfully warm hot hot tub were real highlights! The bed was extremely comfortable and the kitchen sufficiently equipped for our needs. We felt completely comfortable and would love to come again at any time. A small minus point was the traffic noise – but this is to be expected if you live so close to the city: a few minutes' walk from the city wall and the old town. Great location, we highly recommend it!

Perfect location and amazing views of the Vernazza and the sea. Very quiet; never heard neighbors. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the balcony so much! Marta was so quick to respond to our questions. I highly recommend staying here!!
