The apartment is fully equipped, has direct access to the bay and overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. Wrapped from the terrace surrounded by gardens full of native vegetation, the apartment has a seaview kitchen (through a porthole), a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) and a double bedroom. Enriched by 60s and 70s family furniture, recovered and restored with passion and attention to detail. The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

In the large terraces you can read a book from our small library or sunbathe from March to October, enjoying the view of the sea and Mount Etna. If you cross the street, you will find a beautiful pebbled beach.

We're a Finnish family which has renovated an authentic 100 sq m apartment in the historic center of Riposto. Close to the sea in the middle of the triangle of Etna, Taormina and Catania. 1km to the train station. 30min by train to both Taormina and Catania. Great facilities for families and for remote working. Terrace, rooftop terrace and three balconies. Etna view. Three airconditioners. Home-like feeling because we spend time here few months every year.
