Monthly Rentals in Ripponlea

We were very glad we chose this apartment for our two weeks stay in Melbourne. It was very comfortable, well organized, with all necessities available, very clean and well kept, and close to stores, cafes, and public transport. It was definitely worth the money. We can recommend it, and would rent it again.

Perfect little apartment in a really nice area! While it’s a small place, the combined living area and kitchen feels very roomy. The bedroom next to the small outdoor area doesn’t feel cramped either. The fridge is very large and the bed is super comfy which was nice. When I arrived, the flat was equipped with a slow mobile WiFi router. After I reached out to Alexander, he promptly ordered a technician to install cable WiFi which was done a week later. Now, the place has fast and reliable 100Mbps WiFi! Alexander was always super quick to respond and friendly all around. Overall, my stay here was really enjoyable, I’d say this is among the best value for money you can find in the area. Highly recommend.

My wife and I enjoyed a very comfortable stay in this apartment. We attended an amazing wedding that lasted for 12 hours, and spread over 3 different venues that were pretty much equidistant from this accommodation. We employed Uber to perform all our City driving and each ride was satisfactory. Some tempting snack foods were generously provided. We didn’t use the cooking or clothes washing facilities but everything looked great if we were to fully self cater.

The apartment has a really nice vibe and we really enjoyed staying there. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen, and great location. Lovely hosts.
