This duplex with balcony, facing south, is located on the 3rd and top floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Located on the central street, just 50 m from the slopes, you will enjoy the calm of the square while having all the shops at the foot of the building (ATM, ski lift ticket offices and others). This accommodation, ideal for a family, is composed of a sleeping area of about 15 m2 on the mezzanine, including a 90 x 200 bunk bed and a 140 x 190 bed, making it pleasant and spacious.

The apartment is composed of a living room, an equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom with 140 double bed, a separate mountain corner with bunk bed and sofa bed for 1 person. Free parking nearby. Southwest facing, 2 balconies, ground floor/1st floor, mountain view. My place is close to restaurants. Non-smoking apartment, no pets allowed.

Studio (20 m²) with balcony, located in the heart of the resort (Résidence Le Cristal) and at the foot of the slopes. It can accommodate 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). Not suitable for 4 adults. IMPORTANT: Bed and bath linens NOT PROVIDED. To be brought by you (hygiene). Pillows and duvets/blankets provided. Cleaning is to be done before your departure (otherwise service will be charged). All this is just 150 meters from the first ski lift and five minutes from the resort center.

In the heart of the Risoul 1850 resort, next to the shops on the snow front, just in front of the ski school, 20 m2 refurbished studio. Facing south, sunny and bright. Located on the 2nd floor of the L'ETERLOU residence, 1 sleeping area (2 bunk beds) and a sofa bed in the living room. The property has duvets and pillows for each bed. A laundromat is located below the residence. No bed linens or towels.

Forest lodge. Apartment 6 to 10 people 90 m2

Located in an old building, facing south, not overlooked, in a hamlet near the main town of Les Orres, 10 minutes by car from the ski resort, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, surrounded by nature... possibility to simultaneously rent a second adjoining accommodation with a maximum of 5 beds, i.e. 15 beds in total. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are included.
