No smoking in the apartment and no pets are allowed in this accommodation. This apartment is located on a high floor, which ensures you an exceptional view of the Queyras massif and the Parc des Écrins... and above all without neighbors. Very nice spacious house - Vars/Risoul/Eygliers

Above Guillestre, this recently renovated house is a real haven of peace, sunny and bright, with a breathtaking view of the River Guil, the Guillestrois and the surrounding peaks. The large openings bathe each room in soft light all day long. The south-facing balcony invites you to contemplate the mountains at any time, and the garden is equally suitable for summer breakfasts and December sun breaks. A stone's throw away, a waterfall punctuates the silence.
