A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heating. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential area, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Transportation : the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the bus station, 3 km to the railway station of Mount Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are available the area offers a great selection of summer and winter leisure activities. Cozy Duplex in the heart of the resort for 6 people

This south facing duplex is located on the top and 3rd floor of the Eterlou residence (no elevator). Ideally located on the central street, only 50 m from the slopes, you will however enjoy the calm of the plot by having all the shops at the foot of the building. This accommodation, ideal for a family, is composed of a sleeping area of about 15m2 on the mezzanine, including a bunk bed and a 140 bed which makes it pleasant and spacious.

Au coin des Crêtes - cozy and quiet

"Au coin des Crêtes" is a nice cocoon tastefully decorated and equipped to make you feel at home. Peaceful, welcoming and accessible, our accommodation will meet all your expectations with a living area, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave...), a closed mountain corner, a bathroom and a separate toilet. All this is just 150 meters from the first ski lift and five minutes from the resort center.

Apartment Residence "l'Aldebaran" Risoul 1850, ideally located with the ski room directly on the Pélinche green slope: ski-in and ski-out; and less than a 5-minute walk to the center. 26 m2 composed of a mountain corner entrance with a sofa bed, a bathroom with heated towel rail and separate toilet, a living room with fully equipped kitchen/dining area and sofa bed and finally a bedroom area. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. (shops, restaurants, ski school...) Located on the 2nd line of the snow front, the apartment is ideal for a couple and 2 children, or for 4 people. You'll love the location and the beautiful view.
