Apartment of 60 square meters, very nice, recently renovated in a quiet residential cartier, on the second floor of a detached house. Located close to the city center, 1 minutes from a supermarket, 2 minutes from the historic center, and in the center of a tourist area to discover summer and winter. Accommodation : The apartment consists of a sitting area with corner sofa, flat screen, coffee table an open kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and any kitchen accessories. A dining table. Two double bedrooms, one in 160 and one in 140, bedroom with storage. A bathroom with shower cabin, washing machine, and separate toilet. Towels and sheets are provided. Wood pellet stove heating. Balconies with mountain views. The neighborhood : quiet residential area, passage only residents of the neighborhood. Ideal location, bakery, restaurants, market, historic center,cinema, all nearby without taking a car. Transportation : the apartment is located a 10 minute walk to the bus station, 3 km to the railway station of Mount Dolphin Guillestre. 20 minutes from the Vars and Risoul ski resorts or in winter free shuttles are available the area offers a great selection of summer and winter leisure activities. Just above Serre Ponçon Lake and it's dam, the appartment provides countryside’s calm and a large terrace where you’ll can relax in front of the mountains. By default, a 180x190 bed is installed, if you prefer 2 small beds, please, tell us in your booking message. The nearest ski stations are Montclar (about 30 mn away) and Reallon (about 40 mn away) but you’ll be able to have a sledge ride in the surrounding fields. Hiking trails are less than 150 m away from the accommodation.

Clean, healthy and well-insulated apartment of about 40 m2, located at the entrance of this charming village of Guillestre. View of the mountains. Nearby (between 100 and 500 meters), bakeries/supermarket/bars/tobacconist. Great for mountain hiking and skiing. Vars is only 15/20 minutes by car/shuttle. Queyras 20/30 minutes away. Apartment located on the 1st floor. Up to 4 people, convertible into 160 to unfold (easy). If you need any information, don't hesitate!

Au coin des Crêtes - cozy and quiet

"Au coin des Crêtes" is a nice cocoon tastefully decorated and equipped to make you feel at home. Peaceful, welcoming and accessible, our accommodation will meet all your expectations with a living area, a fully equipped kitchenette (fridge, stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave...), a closed mountain corner, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Mountain view in a unique apartment

5 minutes from the city center on foot, in a very quiet area with stunning views of old Embrun and Les Orres. Close to the train station (5 min walk) to enjoy public transportation. A free shuttle is available (2 min walk) to reach the water. High quality apartment in a detached house equipped with modern appliances as well as a pool table and a foosball table. Private terrace with shared garden with the owners for a memorable stay.

Right in the heart of the risoul 1850 resort, right next to the shops on the snow front, right in front of the ski school, 20m2 studio refurbished. South-facing, sunny and bright. Located on the second floor of the residence L 'ETERLOU, 1 sleeping area (2 bunk beds) and a click and click in the living room. The accommodation has duvets and pillows for each bed. A laundromat is present below the residence. No bed linen or towels.
