Walking distance to the sea with swimming area, sitting area, barbecue, play equipment and volleyball court. Kitchen with all facilities. Dining table and seating for 9 people. Large living area with sofa, table and smart TV. Child friendly and quiet area with no traffic. Fire pan, toys and games, trampoline. The cabin is perfect for one or more families, or one or more couples. No partying or groups of people.

Welcome to this exclusive cabin in popular Damtjønna Hyttegrend! Here you will find ample outdoor activities such as hiking, swimming, fishing and cross country skiing. Prepared ski slopes in the immediate vicinity of the cabin. And you can explore Trondheim which is within reach (50min). The cabin has four bedrooms, a cozy living room, modern kitchen, bathroom and a loft. The property is fully fenced, perfect if you bring your dog. 4-wheel drive in winter is recommended. Watch out for toddlers, deck has no handrail.

Recharge at this unique and tranquil place to stay. In walking distance to the fast boat dock with calls from Kristiansund/Brekstad/Trondheim as well as parking if you bring a car. Grocery, cafe and sushi restaurant a short walk away. Lovely views and opportunities for nearby hikes. Small kitchenette with kettle, fridge, microwave and dining area. Note: no hot plate/oven, but this can be borrowed in the main house if we are at home. The apartment is about 35 sqm, own entrance. Mattress for person nr 3/4

Rural location, 10 min to shop and quay, 25 min by boat to Trondheim, 25 min by car to Orkanger. Great hiking areas, swimming areas and fishing opportunities, both in the sea and in water. Lots of opportunities for bike rides. Great view, lovely sun conditions all day. 2/3 bedrooms, kitchen/living room, bathroom and separate toilet. Large terrace facing the sea. Kid-friendly. Plenty of space to eat out in the summer, barbecue, etc. Washing machine and free park ring. Fiber comes in summer/fall

🦋Here you can relax, take a fresh bath and enjoy delicious days by the sea. 🌿The cabin is located about 80 meters from the seafront in beautiful Stadsbygd. 45 min outside Trondheim (including ferry) and 2min from Rørvik ferry dock 🦋There is a duvet/pillow for two people in the cabin. Other guests are allowed to bring a duvet/pillow/sleeping bag. 🌿Bed linen and towels must be brought. 🦋Parking by the cabin 🌿 Wood burning for heating, free access to wood.

The annex is part of our main cabin but has its own private entrance and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. A fantastic nice view beyond Stjørnfjorden, Trondheimsleia and all the way out to Hitra. Evening sun, nice hiking trails for both the super prey and those who take it as a trip. Sørfjorden Eye Iglo has underfloor heating and heat pump, which makes for a comfortable experience in both summer and winter Breakfast is not included, but can be ordered by appointment NOK 220 per person

Small house - great seaview - close to the city

Unik beliggenhet - usjenert hus rett ved Ladestien med fantastisk sjøutsikt. Gulvvarme og helt nytt. 100 meter til busstop og gangavstand til sentrum (35min.) Bedroom is up the ladder (se pictures). Low with sloping ceilings. Window perfect for watching the stars and sometimes the northern light! The other doublebed is behind the sofa and can be pulled up/down.
