This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It impresses with relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting: in the morning the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders during the day in the spacious living and dining area and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterize the living experience.

Thatched roof outside, unique design inside

The house has been newly renovated and has particularly unique furniture with attention to detail. The house has a large garden with a fire bowl in which every summer night becomes a beautiful memory. In the immediate vicinity (10 km) you are already on the North Sea and after only two train stations you are on Sylt. The cottage is a popular destination not only in summer, but also in winter it impresses with its coziness, to which the stove in the living area contributes.

Circus wagon the slightly different accommodation

Our circus caravan is only rented out from 15 April to 15 October. Hi, I am offering a brand-new circus caravan as holiday accommodation. Extensive facilities await you. A spacious bathroom with a shower and toilet. A bed with a 140x200 cm mattress. Wi-Fi is available. The car park is practically right outside the door. The North Sea and the North Frisian Islands are close by. There are extensive shopping facilities nearby.

Landsitz Risum-Lindholm

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum. The way to Sylt or Denmark is also not far... Should the North Frisian weather show its dark side, the fireplace with its cozy warmth is ready.

Thatched Cottage by the Lake

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard near the lake Botschlott. The accommodation is a traditional thatched farmhouse flat with a view overlooking the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marshes. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can canoe, cycle and watch the flocks of birds that use the partly protected lake as a migration and nesting site. The house was carefully restored with natural materials in 2025/2026

To the old post office

This beautiful, newly renovated apartment is located in the middle of the Fahretoft district. The loggia and the garden with a cozy seating area and a beach chair offer plenty of space to relax. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open living-cooking area complete the offer. You can book linens and towels for €15 per person or bring your own. We charge a fee of €5 per dog per day. Please let us know this before your arrival.

Dat Rousehüs - Vacation under thatch

Hello! Just relax and unwind? This is excellent in our quiet thatched house overlooking the North Frisian marsh. You can rent one of two apartments in the house here. The cozy apartment is fully equipped and has a garden with terrace. Nordfrieslandferienhaus

Just one kilometre from the Wadden Sea National Park, you can experience the charm of a lovingly renovated 120-year-old Friesenhaus. Elevated on an idyllic warft you have a fantastic view over the wide landscape. The large garden offers plenty of space to relax and romp. Pets are also welcome. Enjoy your holiday in any weather by the warm tiled stove or in the bathtub.

Lakefront cabin with terrace

We are a farm community in the development phase; we offer our guest room by the pond for rent. The hut by the lake is ideal if you just want to relax or you can also actively get involved with us. On our organic vegetable field, in the vegetarian/vegan kitchen and craftsmanship there is always enough to do on Fridays (on other days by arrangement)

This cozy thatched cottage was built in 1831 and has been continuously rebuilt and modernized over the past 30 years. Since 2012, we have been renting 3 modern apartments. The house is easily accessible by both train and car. Niebüll offers a great starting point to get to know the diverse holiday region on the Wadden Sea!
