This spacious apartment with over 155 m² of living space was integrated into a former hayloft of a former farm in the idyllic Efkebüll. It offers relaxed living on two levels and a special lighting concept: in the morning, the sun greets the bathroom and kitchen, wanders into the spacious living and dining area during the day and says goodbye in the evening in the bedroom. Generosity, spaciousness and the undisturbed view through the lush window front characterise the living experience.

Cozy holiday home close to nature

If you need to relax from a stressful everyday life, then you are in the right place with us, in a house from 1680 and a country road inn in the 1800s. We offer an approximately 70 square metre home, newly renovated in 2024 and with access to its own small and fenced garden. If you are also fond of nature and animals, you can participate in feeding our goats and chickens, or borrow a bike and go on a trip in the nearby area, such as to Øster Højst, to be pampered in the town's Kro.

Old Canoe Barn

Welcome to our terp in Waygaard on Bottschlotter See. The Old Canoe Hous is a lovingly furnished, open 130 square meter apartment in our thatched-roof barn with a view of the lake, the surrounding meadows and the North Frisian marsh. It is ideal for nature lovers: you can fish, canoe, cycle around the accommodation and watch the flocks of birds that use the lake, which is partly a nature reserve, as a migration and nesting site. The lake is used for windsurfing and wingfoiling.

The apartment is very comfortably furnished and modernly equipped. It is located on the 2nd floor of a completely newly built farmhouse in 2011 in the middle of fields - pure nature & tranquility. From Humptrup, the North Sea is about 20 km away! The ideal starting point for day trips to the North Frisian islands and Halligen (e.g. Sylt, Föhr, Amrum, Hooge, Oland, Hamburger Hallig). The Nolde Museum is in the immediate vicinity and Denmark is only 3 km away.

The location is ideal: only 5.5 km to Niebüll (train station) and 7.9 km to the Wadden Sea (Südwesthörn swimming area). Discover the unique Wadden Sea landscape or simply relax on the idyllic farm. Here you will find the perfect place to unwind and enjoy nature.

The estate is located between Niebüll and Risum-Lindholm. Forget your worries and enjoy the tranquility in the middle of fields. Enjoy the light North Frisian breeze on the terrace with a cup of coffee. Take a bike ride on the dike to Dagebüll (13 km) and from there to Föhr or Amrum.
