The Annexe and Shepherds Huts in Hampshire

AnitaRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Our second family get-together in Anna & Eric’s gorgeous “garden”. The quirky accommodation options are fully equipped with anything you could possibly need and made homely and beautiful by Anna’s tasteful interior decoration. The addition of a “Pavillion” since our last visit made our evenings even better as there was plenty of room for our group of 15 to play games late into the night, after a day of tennis, tug-of-war, trampolining, bbq, chilling in the hot tub nestled in greenery while watching their peacock stroll back and forth…

What a magical place! We stayed with our 8 year old boy and had a wonderful stay. Rachel is very welcoming and has set the place up with of lots of thoughtful touches. The garden is beautiful, close to Ringwood for shops and eating out, and a great base for exploring the New Forest.

Harold The Bus at Mannings Farm

emmeRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We had the most amazing stay at Mannings Farm and Katy was a wonderful host. We stayed over the easter weekend so Katy had her whole family over and they had planned an easter egg hunt in the woods and kindly invited us and my 3 boys along to join in and they had such fun!! They made us feel so welcome. The boys really enjoyed feeding the horses, seeing the pigs and running away from the Cockerells (who were a little aggressive) but me and my husband couldnt stop laughing 😂. The stay was certainly something different to what we have done before but we throughly enjoyed ourselves and loved watching our boys run around and be wild & free. The fishing was a great touch , my husband could have sat there all day!! If you dont like spiders then probably not the place for you, they didnt bother us too much so we left them be but we did notice alot of cobwebs in the bus, but then you're on a farm after all! Thank you Katy, and your lovely family for making us feel so welcome. X

Willow the Caravan

WillRating, 5 stars8 months ago
We had a lovely stay in the Caravan. It had everything we needed. Kids loved the bunk beds. The pull out double bed was comfy. Kitchen and bathroom have everything you need. Hot water and heating throughout. Toby and Lucy are great hosts and gave us some good info on the area. They were very responsive and friendly. The garden is lovely and our kids had fun on the zip wire. Overall we had a great few nights and can happily recommend.

Remote Offgrid Cabin. Spectacular Cotswolds View

FloreRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Totally immersed in nature, the cabin really offers total peace and quiet ( and many birds ! ) Still a bit rustic but with the luxury of a nice fire, a very cosy bed and a hot coffee in the morning. Lovely walks to be had around and villages to explore, beautiful views that make it hard to leave. Would definitively stay again and longer !

Indie Farmer Shepherd's Hut

StephanieRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We booked fairly last min to enjoy the sunshine forecasted for our stay - and we were absolutely thrilled! The cabin very cute inside with lovely attention to detail. Super cosy and the surrounding setting is beautiful! We stayed with our dog and loved how secluded it is - plenty of fields to go for a wander. We loved cooking outside too! We drove down from South London, so was super easy to get too and just the perfect relaxed weekend. I'm sure we'll visit again - would highly recommend! Thanks Nigel for the warm welcome, and recommendations - much appreciated - thanks!

Gypsy Caravan - Rural Retreat - Wiltshire

SarahRating, 5 stars8 months ago
I booked this as a last minute surprise for my boyfriend, and when we arrived he said it was being in a fairy tale!! Stephen and Amanda came and greeted us and showed us the caravan, which is tucked at the bottom of their garden, it was so peaceful, watching the birds and squirrels. Everything was catered for and enjoyed relaxing by the fire til midnight listening to the owls. And the bed was so snuggley! Slept so well!! Highly recommend if you want a piece of nature and outdoor living with all your creature comforts! Many thanks, definitely will return. 😊

Farm View

MichelleRating, 5 stars8 months ago
This place is absolutely unreal. Words cannot describe the beauty of this place and the hosts are amazing too! They have thought of every little detail and provide many ‘extras’ for your stay. Watching the sunrise in the morning whilst sitting in the hot tub is the best feeling! This place is a hidden gem and I will recommend this place to everyone, I honestly could not be happier with everything from start to finish! We spent evenings toasting marshmallows over the fire pit whilst drinking hot chocolate and then sitting in the hot tub watching the stars! I cannot wait to return to this unbelievable place! Thank you so much for the lifetime memories made here xxx

Sunset View Shepherds hut with ensuite Wilmington

JaneRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I had a wonderful 3 night stay at the sunset hut. The hut is very well equipped for self catering and is very clean and pleasantly decorated. It's so peaceful there and very private, the other holiday cottage or the owners house being nearby doesn't affect this one bit. The fresh eggs from the chickens was a lovely addition and I bought some of Petra's homemade jam and chutney to take home. I slept like a log in the comfy bed. I really cannot fault the place. I will be going back there for sure. Thanks Petra and Matt.

American School Bus – Hot Tub Getaway in Sussex

SharonRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed for Easter plus a birthday celebration. On arrival there were balloons, happy birthday banner and a nice bottle of Prosecco which was a nice surprise. The bus interior is well thought out with everything you could possibly need. Cosy and comfortable and felt totally private. A very peaceful stay. Fire pit and lazy spa were great. Although some lovely weather it was a bit chilly in evenings but made the most of it. Water pressure in the shower and kitchen sink kept coming but when it came through it was nice and hot. We received a text the morning of our stay which made us feel very welcome. Would recommend a try to the Bluebell Vineyard which is a short walk just over a mile and the old diary farm shop which is on the same route. Alpaca walking at Springfield farm was worth a trip. Such a pretty area and so quiet. Just what needed! Will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Glamping in style, Emperor tent with home comforts

AlisonRating, 5 stars7 months ago
We booked this last minute and were not disappointed. We went with our 5 year old and he loved it! All the adventures of camping but with the added luxury of comfortable beds, cosy duvets and a cute, yet well equipped, kitchen and a barbecue. We had hot chocolate by the fire pit and watched the stars - a perfect evening! Janet was so accommodating - great communication and we even had a tour to see the chickens, baby ducks, chicks, geese and goats! Would highly recommend a stay here.

Glamping in retro 1990s caravan, Hever

ChrisRating, 5 stars8 months ago
My partner and I had a lovely couple of nights in Natalie and Gareth’s caravan. Both were the perfect hosts: friendly, communicative, available and responsive without being in any way obtrusive. The caravan was cute, cosy and clean, with a particularly comfy bed! The setting was tranquil and relaxing - and with lots to do on the doorstep (Hever Castle, Chartwell, etc). Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a break from the hustle and bustle!
