We really enjoyed our New Year week stay at Sea Sure, great location, right on the seafront, but close to local pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants. Paid parking right outside was cheap and easy to organise via the Ringo app and free parking was available nearby too. Ideal for dog walking on the beach at low tide or on the very well maintained promenade at sunrise and sunset and in Egerton Park, just a short walk away. The basket of goodies to welcome us was much appreciated and the property was cosy, comfortable, well decorated, beautifully clean and lovely and warm on what turned out to be a couple of stormy winter days. Best place to stay in Bexhill I would say, thanks so much Gemma and Marc.

Lovely place to stay in old Hastings, with plenty of sleeping space, wonderful sunshine being south facing and the child friendly gastropub The Crown just down the hill. Ideal for our little family of 5. Baby and kids equipment was a huge bonus - loved the books especially! We really enjoyed our stay at Gillian’s cottage, it was charming and well equipped and located for our needs. Lovely extra touches as a welcome treat. Easy to get to from Hastings station by taking the local bus, and although there’s a little hill at the end, it meant we could enjoy the lovely views, especially from the top floor. The seaside-themed decor was a great touch! Hope we get the chance to come back to Hastings, would definitely stay again!

Paul’s flat was perfect for our stay. Very close to Warrior Square station, bus stops and the buzz of Central St Leonards. Paul was very helpful with check in and check out, to fit in with our trains. We loved the provisions he left for us, including milk, tea and coffee, breakfast cereals, eggs, fruit and a lovely crusty loaf of bread! Thank you Paul!

Just back from a lovely weekend. The yurts are beautiful, really comfy and in the most relaxed surroundings. Easy walk into Emsworth which is stunning - like a little piece of Cornwall right on the Sussex Hampshire border. Lots of great places to eat and lovely walks. On Sunday we too the Oyster Boat ‘Terror’ out for a sail, right from the marina the yurts are in, and this was an incredible end to our wonderful weekend! We will be back!

The Cabin is in a delightful position right at the water's edge, so it has a wonderful view. It's very peaceful, very comfortable, and very convenient for Portsmouth, Hayling Island, Chichester etc. The extra bonus is the Salt Cafe being so close - delicious breakfasts, coffee and lunches. Highly recommended.

As a family we had a fantastic 3 days staying at the park dean complex. The accommodation was clean, warm, quiet & even had home from home bits like salt, pepper, oil & kitchen equipment which was great for us. Tina communicated & responded to messages without fail. We will be back very soon!

We had a wonderful few days here. The view is addictive! We stayed up way too late tracking vessels coming in and out of Southampton. The chalet is spacious and beds very comfortable. It was a bonus to be able to park the camper van right behind the chalet and to bring two small dogs. Sadly weather was too poor to make use of the pool this time. Perhaps we missed the instructions but we had troubke finding no 77. Advise looking at the site plan as you enter the holiday park. All in all a very good stay.

Absolutely loved our long weekend in the chalet, very clean, brilliant location, 50 meter walk to the beach. Very easy to find with Linda’s directions, within a short drive of pubs, supermarkets and takeaways. Loved sitting on the sofa watching the boats come and go Thank you for letting us stay, would definitely return.

What a precious place! Had the most wonderful time here. Felt right at home here. Everything that you need, comfortable beds, even ice ready in the freezer! Loved watching the ships go past. The location of the chalet is right near the pool. Nice warm swimming pool £6 for adults and £4 you need to book slots in reception. Cannot wait to come back!

Dale’s house is a beautiful home, perfect for a family break in St Leonard’s. We booked the property for a few days over NY and had a great stay. It is a fantastic house, stylishly decorated and very homely. It is kitted out with everything you could possibly need, super clear instructions and useful tips for the area. We had two families of 4, with kids aged 4-11 and it was a perfect home for us over the NY celebration. It coincided with 60mph storms but we were able to bed in and still enjoy our break. It is a great house for families with bedrooms spread over 4 floors (1 in the lower ground, 2 on 1st, 2 on 2nd) and separate lounges on the lower ground and ground floors that meant everyone had their own space. 5 minutes walk from the front, really recommend Bellavista for homemade Italian, Heist Market for some great independent and v tasty eateries and Goat Ledge for coffee and bacon baps on the beach. All round one of our favourite AirBnB stays, we will be back.

Our hostess Jo was very friendly and made us feel welcome. The view of the sea was incredible, and the house was clean and very charming with it’s different levels and details. There was also a great selection of movies and books, and the TV was perfect for relaxing. The only thing to note is that the stairs are quite steep. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great place to stay. We really enjoyed our mini break in Simon's Lodge. Lovely location close to the sea with a good club house and shop in walking distance. the Lodge had everything one would need for an enjoyable stay.

A fabulous little town house, 5 minutes walk from the station, close to the beach and restaurants/bars. A great location to explore St Leonard’s and Hastings. The house was immaculate and it gave us (a group of 6) the perfect space to sleep comfortably and socialise together whilst being accessible to local amenities. We loved it!

The cabin was beautiful decorated and fitted out and the views stunning. The rooms were airy and comfortable and it was perfect for our xmas get-togethers. Warm and cosy, and well stocked. Walk on the beach was good but very far away from necessary shops. Sadly the driveway was very muddy which meant we kept bringing mud in all the time. Also the bins for waste and recycle were full when we arrived which meant we had to leave bags of rubbish etc.

This is an absolute gem in Hove. It’s a 30 min walk along the seafront into Brighton but there is also a bus stop at the end of the road, the X1 will take you into Brighton in a matter of minutes. The cabin is very well presented, quiet, cosy and spotlessly clean. The bed was extremely comfortable and it was so convenient with the parking space supplied as well. With the price of hotels in Brighton going through the ceiling, this is an absolute bargain, really can’t recommend highly enough.
