Holiday rentals with lake access in Riverside County

Lisa and her husband were AMAZING hosts! They allowed for early check in if needed. They were super responsive when messaging them. They even put some extra goodies out for our kids that they loved! The house was clean! We loved that they had so many extras. They had stocked bathrooms in each room with toiletries for guests which was SO nice! They had a stocked kitchen which made it so easy to cook in with spices/ cook wear/ coffee/ some items already in the fridge! Just super convenient since the store was in blythe! Even had ice in the freezer which helped so much since we had coolers. Our kids loved taking a bath in the big tub and we enjoyed the big living space to relax in after a long day with the entire family. We will definitely be back during the summer!

What a beautiful location and gorgeous view of lake and mountains from the house! Host was very responsive and helpful. Very clear instructions to access gated complex and home. Would definitely stay again if we are in the area!

Wonderful place to stay! The pool was great to cool off during a heat wave. The house felt like a home, it was perfect for our family reunion. It was extremely lovely waking up next to a lake, very peaceful.

Visited with my, my dad, sister, cousin and her family and kids. It was such a blast! Just enough space for all of us to have our own space and so much for both the kids and adults to do. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back next year. Thank you!

Beautiful home with great kitchen, bathrooms and beds. The sweet pool and patio overlooking the lake was full of comfortable loungers that got a lot of use too. Perfect place to use as a base during Indian Wells tennis tournament. All ages gave this a thumbs up!!!

Leaving a review for this place is a complete catch 22. I want everyone to know it’s an ideal, peaceful place in Idyllwild to reset and enjoy nature from the comfort of a modern retreat, but I also want to be able to book it every year I can without having to compete with other guests :) Thank you for a wonderful stay David! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Booked this place last minute to celebrate a double birthday in our group. We are so glad it was available and that the hosts were so responsive. We’ve never ventured to this area before and have never seen the lake. The house and its amenities look exactly as in the photos. It was clean and we felt safe with the ID check in at the front gate. If we happen to visit town again, we hope to come back here as it was the perfect size for our group. Thank you so much Robert & Luci for the detailed instructions and beautiful home you’ve shared with us.

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

First time to Palm Springs as well as staying in a 'tiny home.' Wonderful experience in all ways and already thinking about a return trip and would hope to stay in the same resort and in Carolyn's cute tiny home. I was busy packing for my trip, and so not tending to messages from Carolyn/Airbnb. Nonetheless, the late send of picture ID did not jeopardize my reservation and am grateful for Carolyn's ease. The resort was nicer than I anticipated and found the people I met at the pools very pleasant and friendly. It seems that the number of owner occupied places translates into a well maintained facilities and supportive community and makes for a very pleasant place to vacation. A great find! Excellent house, matching perfectly the description on the announcement. Very clean and organized with comfortable bedroom and fully functioning kitchen. What makes this really special is the attention on details by the host, who left all the amenities we needed for the stay and even left the air conditioning turned on a few hours before we arrived. It is located is a very nice and peaceful resort and a beautiful region.

We were very glad to connect with Colette for the first time. We were happy to get the dates we wanted. Colette gave lots of instructions about her place and more info about the Resort. Colette's place is located right by a lake in a beautiful setting. There are lots of ducks to entertain you. Her place was very comfortable inside and had a covered outside patio. We had brought along our usual kitchen items but also appreciated being able to use some of her kitchen supplies. Our bed was king size and very comfortable but made it a little tight to move around the room. We appreciated the Arizona room on the side of the house to keep our extra belongings and to have use of the washer and dryer. Much appreciated. We loved the many pools close by and a 5 minute walk got you in the pools. We had some trouble navigating the TV systems, perhaps due to previous guests, but we informed Collette and she said she would look into it. We look forward to staying again in the future.
