Holiday rentals with lake access in Riverside County

The Emerald lake house is the place to escape and relax! I absolutely loved the space, amazing decor, and had anything you could possibly need. I travelled solo for Coachella and felt very safe the entire time. The beds and linens were so comfortable, the spa was an amazing therapeutic experience, and I cold plunged in the pool a few times and it was awesome! Would definitely recommend for a group looking to take in what the lake has to offer. Peaceful and in touch with nature. The place was spotless and well organized. Would love to revisit!

This place was amazing! Lovely views and quick responses from host. Only issue we had was getting in through the main gate. I was asked for only drivers names. I asked if we needed to provide everyone’s name that was staying and was told no. This caused us issues at the gate. Host did respond quickly and was resolved in a timely manner.

The place was as nice as we saw in the pictures. It was a satisfying trip for all six of us with clean and well-made kitchen utensils and good scenery. One thing was that the hot water didn't come out, so it was a little bad. I'm not sure if that's what it's supposed to be or if there's no hot water, but anyway, I had a satisfying and good trip.

Spent my 30th birthday here and it did not disappoint. Game room was fun and the pool plus cornhole gave a place for everyone to lounge and enjoy themselves. Highly recommend staying at this house if you want a place where you don’t feel the need to leave, it has everything for you!

Michael was a great host and the place was lovely! Really appreciate his responsiveness and flexibility with changing schedules. Highly recommend!

Sarah’s home was perfect for our trip to Coachella. Beautiful pool and location. The HOA is very strict on who goes in and out (at least for this year 2025) so be sure to be transparent about who you bring in and out of the complex. This is a great find because it is so close to the Hampton inn shuttle (shortest shuttle in and out the festival) I would love to stay here again!!

John was a very responsive and flexible host. He was extremely welcoming and made sure that our stay would be comfortable. He was also very flexible when it came to adding new guests to the Airbnb since some of our friends lost housing. Also, the home itself was very clean, spacious, a lot of beds, and had everything that we needed. Unlike other hosts, John was accepting towards the fact that we wouldn’t be able to fully clean the entire place and said that his workers will handle it. Would definitely stay at his place the next time I’m in town.

Leaving a review for this place is a complete catch 22. I want everyone to know it’s an ideal, peaceful place in Idyllwild to reset and enjoy nature from the comfort of a modern retreat, but I also want to be able to book it every year I can without having to compete with other guests :) Thank you for a wonderful stay David! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Great place to stay. It was quiet and I was able to cook for myself. Jane was fun to talk with and polite. The place was clean and she had a lot of recommendations for things to do. We hiked up a mountain, too.

The Nest was absolutely amazing!! Loved the colors,decor, layout, very clean, and definitely spacious for 2 people. Kerrie was very nice, and responsive when reaching out. The area was quiet/peaceful and within walking distance of the main restaurants/shopping area. Me and my husband enjoyed my birthday getaway!! Definitely recommend The Nest! Thanks!!!

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

The place is amazing and the wife and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to spend the holiday season. We loved its proximity to everything and it’s quite and peaceful setting. While there we went to the pools and the pickle ball courts which were fantastic and full of friendly people from the community.

Inside the RV park everything is very clean, quiet, and comfortable. Outside of the park the area is run down but still clean. The park is within easy access to the freeway and any local attractions. I would definitely rent this again.

Beautiful place to stay for a relaxing and peaceful getaway. The mineral hot spring pools and saunas are a big plus. I would definitely stay here again. Carolyn is an excellent host, super friendly and always responsive.

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Colette’s place. Her place was organized and clean. She was responsive and checked in on us upon arrival. She provides clean towels, robes, a clean kitchen with all the necessary items with a nice view of the lake. I definitely recommend staying at her place. :) Thank you!
