We had a great time staying at Tim's house this past weekend. The home was clean, lots of extra linens and kitchen items. Backyard was amazing. Home is about 5 minutes from a few grocery stores and plenty of restaurant. Tim was also very generous and communicated with us everytime we had a question. Hands down, a wonderful option if you're staying in Palm Springs.

Best stocked kitchen of any Airbnb I've rented! House is laid out nicely, pool and hot tub clean as well as furniture, kitchen, baths, bedrooms. Highly recommend, the photos don't do it justice! Thank you Nadia:)

Great place to stay! Wonderful amenities, clean and comfortable. We saw a few windy days but I think that is normal for this part of the desert. Overall a fantastic experience. We’ll be back again soon!

This house is a true gem of Palm Springs. We came for a long weekend and the space as absolutely as described. Plenty of room to spread out inside and outside the house. The pool is outstanding and the hot tub is an added bonus, especially for cool nights. We really liked the layout of the house, with the casita on the side for anyone that needs extra privacy. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but also close to the main strip and restaurants. We would not hesitate to stay here again, thank you for hosting us, A+++!

Daniela's home was the perfect stay! 6 of us girls in our 30's stayed here for a bachelorette. The house is even better than the pictures. We all had ample space for sleeping/getting ready and the common areas were well designed. The Casita being detached from the main house worked well for our group so one of the attendees could have her own space. The kitchen was the single best stocked kitchen I've ever seen in an Airbnb, we had a private chef come one night and they loved the space. We didn't get much use of the pool given the weather during our stay but the outside area is beautiful (stunning view) and loved that the pool isn't chlorinated. The area felt very safe and was really quiet at night which was great. Daniela was a great host, always responsive and giving thoughtful recommendations on things to do or if we should heat the pool.

The house is very spacious and comfortable, well stocked, great master shower, updated bathrooms, great kitchen for cooking and hanging out. The backyard is beautiful, pool and spa were lovely and we really enjoyed the views of the mountains in the daytime and stars at night. Jerry was very responsive to all our questions. The only con I would mention is that the house is near the airport. Our first night there were quite a few planes coming in to land at PSP, flying low and right over the house. Jerry mentioned this is pretty unusual, and the rest of the stay planes were noticeable but did not fly directly overhead. Would definitely still recommend, and would stay here again.

The house is beautiful, we were a big group that visited Palm Springs to attend Coachella. Ideal for it, very close to the shuttle, clean and spacious for a big group. Hosts are very hospitable, prompt on text and accommodating. Would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved staying at Natalie's home. She was generous enough to let us have an early check in & a late check out. Communication was timely via text & I appreciated the phone call prior to our arrival. The link/app for her home was extremely informative. We were a party of 7 adults who were able to comfortably relax in the common areas & enjoy privacy in our bedrooms when necessary. Each room has it's own ensuite which was perfect - stocked with individual Neutrogena makeup wipes, bodywash, shampoo & conditioner! The kitchen & pantry had pretty much every basic item you could think of, even Keurig & Nespresso machines used each morning. We stayed during one of the hottest weekends in July so heating the pool & hot tub was unnecessary. The water felt perfect like bathwater. We put the two loungers, three umbrellas & pool floaties (two electric airpumps available) to good use. We unanimously agreed that this was our favorite AirBnb desert house. We hope to return!

We had a great time here! The house is beautiful and can fit so many people very comfortably. We enjoyed hanging out in the kitchen and in the backyard when we were back from our day’s activities. There are a couple things people may want to know before booking - it’s a quiet neighborhood, so you’ll need to be quiet or indoors after 9pm. This wasn’t an issue for us, but if your group wants to be outside late into the evening, this would not be the place for you. Also, Kimberly charges by the number of people, not just a flat rate. That’s not something I’ve ever seen before, but she’s up front about everything, so as long as you know and are okay with that, it’s a great place to stay. We overall had a wonderful time. And I’d recommend staying there.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay! I had such a fantastic experience during my recent stay at Julien’s place. The home was exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and incredibly cozy. The decor was charming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. Julien was exceptionally welcoming and attentive, providing clear instructions. Communication was smooth and prompt, which made the entire process hassle-free. The location was perfect—close to key sights and quiet enough to enjoy a restful night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the little touches and the well-stocked kitchen. And most of all- the pool was awesome! 😎 Overall, I highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone looking for a comfortable, welcoming, and conveniently located place to stay. I would definitely return on my next visit!

The house was beautiful and well taken care of. It had everything you would need. The checkout procedures were so easy and quick unlike other places I have stayed. The management company was very easy to work with and prompt in communication. I would definitely go back to this house or another one of their properties. It would be perfect for a wine tasting group.

We had a great time. The host was very proactive and communicated very effectively. When an unforeseen issue came up, the host addressed it immediately. A great place for our week long get away.

Anna and her team were great hosts. They communicated and were very helpful with any needs we had. However, upon arrival, the prior guests had left more of a mess than usual (we were told) and we arrived to a clean house but a messy and dirty yard and pool area (food scraps, beer bottles and other trash). We trust that this was a rare occurrence and it won’t dissuade us from renting from Anna in the future. The home and amenities were great for a big family get together.

The place was just as described. The host took care of requests promptly. The location worked out well for us. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much for a great stay in Indio. This home is wonderful. The beds are very comfortable and all of the furnishings are what they need to be. We esp enjoyed the hot tub and outdoor fireplace. Chris, the building manager is a star. He helped us out with a smile. We would 💯 book again. 😊

Great stay! Responsive and very clear instructions. Quiet, peaceful and comfortable retreat. Highly recommend for a weekend away or for any stay in the palm desert area!

This place is actually a peacock sanctuary. So if you don’t like being around birds and their noises, this may not be the place for you. However, the property is beautiful. Very expansive, and the grounds people are there the whole time but make it feel like you are at a resort (you park your car in a dirt area and they golf cart you to the door). They uncover the pool and clean it and even helped setup our hibachi chef under the stars! This house had everything you needed. Don’t bring anything but food. They had spices, coffee, all cookware, even hair ties and coffee syrups. We stayed for a girls weekend and thought it was perfect and well worth the price. Again, some might not enjoy the peacock experience, but you get used to the “mating calls” :)

Basil was extremely accommodating during our stay - they were always responsive to any questions we had to make sure we had the best experience during our time. The location was perfect for our use. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Additionally, the home was very comfortable, well stocked with amenities and we felt right at home. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this home to others.

We had a very nice time at this location. Our group enjoyed the jacuzzi, grill, and nice location. For a large group there are a lot of multi purpose use spaces and we would stay here again!

Booked this place with a group of friends and we all loved it. Very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was very easy to communicate with Lilit when we had questions. The home was very clean. We enjoyed the pool and backyard. There’s also a game room which was really fun. Lots of space too. Will definitely book this place again.
