The unit was just as described, clean, spacious, and with a beautiful view. They had a pack and play there for my baby. Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Edgar was great to work with and my group loved the property/rental. I would definitely stay again. The property was double booked but he took care of it perfectly and got us a great place. This property has tons of great villas and little homes that are setup and clean. We had a 2 car garage and 2-3 bedrooms with beds. The place was nice setup and check in was super easy. The reception staff was nice and helpful. There are tons of pools and hot tubs around the property. Check out was also easy, and clearly communicated by staff and the owner.

Excellent accommodation In Palm Desert. Marriott Resort and accompanying services were top notch. Highly recommend this unit for a couple or single.

Coto De Caza is a beautiful, private community that requires checking in at the gate every time you enter. You may be given a pass for the time you’re there to make entering easier. This provides a lot of great security. The dog friendly community is also very clean with lots of nature and walkable paths. The space itself was as advertised. The only negatives I experienced is that you’re able to hear a lot through the walls which made my dog bark a lot. He would stop with instruction, but with this being a new and unfamiliar place, he was on alert and the easily heard voices and noises didn’t help. Also, a neighbor (or someone) smokes and I was able to smell this whenever they smoked. Other than those two things the place was great! It was very clean, Gary was super friendly and helpful, and best of all; very dog friendly! He was super understanding about my dog barking which I was thankful for. I would definitely recommend Gary’s place to someone looking to stay in the area.

Brendan is a great host, makes us feel being at vacation home away from home which makes us keep coming back! Private and quiet neighborhood which makes you feel safe walking at night and early morning. We are coming with our four legged family and they also like staying at Brendan’s. Look forward to coming back again in the near future!

Elena was an outstanding communicator. Elena responded promptly. I highly recomend renting from Elena. However Marriott assigned us a random unit, i was expecting to have Elena's unit ' but all units appear to be identical. Marriott did not add any "personal" touch to the unit decor. Nothing was done to make the entrance hall inviting or to decorate the unit to reflect the beauty of the surrounding nature.

Beautiful resort at very reasonable price for the location. Golf courses, SPA and pools beautifully maintained.
