Our house is an ideal location for quickly reaching any destination in the Salt Lake Valley and Utah county. Even with its fast access to Redwood Road, I-15, and Bangerter highway, it feels like you are in the country. Our newly-remodeled basement apartment comes stocked with every modern amenity, is quiet and comfortable--with both a private entrance and private parking. No cleaning fee! Central to Salt Lake and Provo/skiing. SMALL STUDIO (cute but very SMALL bathroom) Best for travelers/professionals. Because of size it is NOT well suited for locals, honeymooners or staying “in” all day. If extra cleaning is needed a fee may be assigned. NO shoes inside. Separate entrance but shares walls with host/other guests. Expect household “motion” (Hotel type…but cleaner and cuter!) No Pets or children. Large vehicles may find parking tight. *Wall bed w/queen mattress.

Enjoy your "Home Away From Home"! Newly finished 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath basement apartment. Nine foot basement walls feels open and inviting. Private key-less entrance, onsite parking, full kitchen with full size fridge and appliances, laundry, and all the amenities that you will need. Within walking distance to Riverton Hospital. Shopping and restaurants nearby. 40-50 minutes from local ski resorts. Downtown SLC is only 25 minutes away. Our space sleeps 6 guests comfortably. Quiet neighborhood.

Come experience a part of history as you cozy up in the first Mormon church & school in South Salt Lake. Built in 1880 & restored in 2011, enjoy all the old charm with new and high end luxury. Close to I-15/ SLC airport/downtown 25/ SKIING 30/Provo 30 min or less away. FAST WIFI, ROKU, exposed brick and beams, detailed finishes, wood floors, marble shower, down comforter, Galley kitchen with high end appliances. Cozy Retreat:close to everything

This perfectly located home base in a quiet, upscale neighborhood near freeway, provides easy access to all SLC has to offer. 25 minutes to downtown, 26 minutes to airport, just over 30 minutes to ski resorts. This suite is connected to our residence, which is occupied by just my husband, myself and our Toy Fox Terrier, Levi (occasionally, our adult children and grands are here). Use of fire pit/backyard can be arranged with owner when available. EXCLUSIVE use of HOT TUB for your stay.

Cozy basement suit in a quiet neighborhood

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.
