Delightful old farmhouse and spacious garden

The house is a traditional Normandy longhouse, made of granite, wood and tile. There are 185 square meters of indoor space. The farmhouse has been sensitively restored using traditional materials. La Pichardiere sits in the heart of the Normandy countryside far away from busy traffic in a secluded two acre garden set in a corner of a regional park (equivalent to a National Park in UK) -- It is a place to escape from city life! I love its peacefulness and the presence of the natural world.

Small furnished semi-detached country house in a hamlet close to all shops (Couterne) about 900 m where there is a grocery store, butcher shop, delicatessen, bank, Cocci. In addition, this accommodation is close to Bagnoles de l'Orne, (about 4 km) where there are various activities: Swimming pool (open from 06/21 to 09/03) Spa, Bike trail, Tree climbing, Greenway, Lake, Castle, Forest walk, Casino, Cinema. Markets (Wednesday & Friday in Bagnoles Château, Tuesday & Saturday in Bagnoles Lac).
