To get to the house, there is a small uphill road that is not suitable for low-suspension cars, and the first 5 metres are for experienced drivers. The swimming pool has a terrace and a wooden pergola, deckchairs and parasols. The whole is completed by Tuscan furnishings with stone walls, chestnut beams and terracotta floors. Casa Melograno has 2 double bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms. A large private garden completes the property.
