L’appartamento si compone altresì da cucina abitabile, bagno, lavanderia, ampio giardino, e due aree coperte dedicate al posteggio di due moto, bici o autovettura di modeste dimensioni.

It is just five minutes away the motorway although you can not see or hear it. For those who like shopping the Outlet Centre can be reached in less then 10 minutes. Futhermore you will have the opportunity to try the great variety of restaurants in the area. Chiarano is a small town but with all that you need and more.

The Tiny House at B&B Gardens of the Ardo is a room with unique features. It is overlooking a magnificent natural landscape, overlooking the mountains and the deep gorge of the Ardo Stream. The large window allows you to get into bed and enjoy the breathtaking scenery. The furniture is designed to be able to perform all functions as in a mini house. You will find the train station and bus station within a 5-minute walk and just a 10-minute drive from the beaches of Lignano and Bibione. Thanks to its location, the apartment is supplied by supermarkets, pharmacies and bars. Within walking distance of the beautiful Tagliamento River, you can enjoy a walk along the river bank.

The rooms were built inside the recently restored Roncade Castle Tower. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, air conditioning, heating and Wi-Fi. Breakfast is included. The Castle is located in a quiet country village 15 minutes from Treviso and 30 minutes from Venice, 30 km from the beaches and served by public transport. Inside, there's a winery that sells locally produced wines.
