This luxury house is located on the plateau road to Ayder, Çamlıhemşin, Zilkale, which are the attractions for vacationers in the region. 15 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Ayder Plateau. The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

A spacious jetted tub is positioned against a large window, offering expansive views of the valley and mountains. The wooden interior features warm tones, and natural light illuminates the space through the glass, enhancing the serene atmosphere.
